Ideally located on the seafront, the villa (210 m²) includes 8 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a shower room, with dedicated areas for conviviality and calm.
In a quiet neighborhood, the villa is a 5/10-minute walk from the port and Cavalaire town center, with all shops, restaurants and the Cavalaire beach within easy reach. The villa is a 30-minute drive from Saint-Tropez, Ramatuelle and other tourist villages.
The 1400 m² grounds include a garden planted with trees and flowers, with swings for children, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table and a barbecue. Up to 5 cars can be parked. You'll appreciate the splendid panoramic sea view from the house's terrace.
Built in the 1920s in a cubist style, the villa's spacious, open-plan layout means you'll always have plenty of fresh air, even in the height of summer.
For more than 12 people, we offer an additional studio apartment adjoining the house, with direct access to the garden. The studio can accommodate a further 3 people.
