The property is beautiful, and it was really interesting to hear the story of its renovation. The owners, Sue and Carl, are very friendly and welcoming and made our visit very special. They went to great lengths to make our visit one to remember, giving us a lift into Llangollen in the evening and picking us up afterwards, which was amazing.
We liked the fact that we could walk into Llangollen by the river and that you can also walk to Horse Shoe Falls.
Llangollen is a beautiful place, and The Old Coach House is now our favourite B&B there.
There was nothing to dislike.

Genuinely nothing short of perfect, as good as it gets.
No negatives other than I wish we'd stayed 2 nights!

Excellent hosting by Sue and Carl. Couldn't wish for anything better in a stay. Would love to return in the future.
Nothing. You could not fault it!

This has to be the cleanest B+B / Hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was beautifully decorated with a massive bed and all the amenities you could need including a decent sized mini fridge. Shower water pressure was really good as well 😊😊
Continental breakfast in the morning was lovely and filling with a fresh pot of coffee.
Sue our host was absolutely lovely and even offered to drop us at the local pub so we could both have a drink. This place is highly recommended.
Nothing at all.

Immaculately clean. Comfortable beds, lovely welcome pack. The best nights sleep! Sue was the perfect hostess and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Even made a special trip to the shop to get us a request for something they didn’t have for breakfast. Definitely recommend.

The owners were so friendly and full of knowledge of the area. The room and house were pure luxury. Liked it was off the road, too, down a pretty lane. Lovely gardens.

Stayed here for 2 nights in January for a last minute get away and what an absolutely perfect b&b! The rooms are lovely, very clean, stylish decor and spacious with a little welcome pack too (loved the homemade shortbread from sue!) Sue and Carl are the most polite lovely hosts and go above and beyond! Beautiful views from the room and location is perfect just down the road from the centre. A lovely relaxing getaway would recommend to everyone and we will definitely be back! Also plenty of tea and coffee and milk in fridge unlike other places give you just a few was more than enough (we love a cuppa!) Also heating was always on with it being a cold January we found ourselves putting the radiator down as sue and Carl are so attentive to make sure everything was perfect and if we needed anything at all ❤️ breakfast was fresh and lovely perfect with our view outside the window. 10 out of 10 location, room and hosts,
Cannot wait to stay again thank you so much Sue and Carl

Breakfast was a wonderful tray of delicious food we chose the night before. It was one of the best breakfasts we have experienced in a B&B. We were warmly welcomed by Sue who made us feel very much at home. There were lots of lovely, thoughtful touches including a welcoming basket, milk in the fridge and a welcoming card to name a few. The room and house were beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious. We stayed in the Berwyn bed room which had a large ensuite bathroom with a great drench shower and bath. Also a seating area and lovely views of the surrounding hills and countryside. The location just on the outskirts of town was ideal for a quiet relaxing stay with lots of room for parking.
There was nothing to dislike.
