Very clean very nice hotel. Easy location to access if going to MVP arena or the palace. We were unable to turn the heat any lower then 68 in our room which was way to hot for us all night.

I always stay at the Hyatt Place in Poughkeepsie NY. This was my first time staying at the one in Albany NY. Overall great stay!! The down side is the rooms need microwaves for your convenience. Also, there is no place to park besides the parking lot that you have to pay for. It would also be nice to have a pool and jacuzzi. There is a nice pool at the one in Poughkeepsie. Still great stay overall. The bed is always comfortable!! Would definitely stay there again.

Very helpful staff. Nice clean room, shower needed a little repair because knobs and door was loose from use. On a road trip and learned this hotel does not have or offer parking upon arrival… breakfast was ok… good coffee.

Brand new, high tech hotel. In an area of redevelopment so final verdict isn’t in yet. Entrance to the hotel is on the ground floor. Parking costs extra.

Clean comfortable well furnished room. Good buffet breakfast included. Avoid the taxis at the station or get a price first - we learned too late that they rip you off. We were charged $27 for the 10 minute drive to the Hyatt. Best to use cdta Flex bus , it’s $3 per person.

Our stay here was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent, lots of options. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It had a fridge and coffee maker the only thing missing was a microwave, but other than that we enjoyed it. We walked to Washington park and then from there we walked to the museum and other attractions. The next time we stay we would figure out the bus as it goes to the mall.

Our room and the hotel was excellent. Construction around the hotel with no parking for over night stays without paying $18/night. I on-lined booked for 4-days and the site said free self parking at hotel. Where there was none.

Nice place. Clean. The 2nd day noone showed up to empty our trash or replenish our towels. We had to go to desk and ask. Other then that everything was great. They have a bar and nice patio for food and drinks. The breakfast bar was also good. I would recommend this place and stay again.

Nice place clean and people were friendly. Only negative was the breakfast looks good but was really bad, fake everything gross 😝 coffee was colored water. Thank god they had cereal. Have to say i would stay here again just would get my own breakfast. Did stay just 1 night.

We stayed here for a wedding about 25 minutes away. Clean, the breakfast they offered was great for us to get on the road and drive back. Very very good, we would definitely stay again if in the area!

Hotel is super nice, but they have no parking and you have to pay to use the lot next door or the parking garage across the street. Cost us $40 for 2 days to park there. It is also only a few blocks away from the bad parts of Albany which we didn’t realize until we got there.

The room space and cleanliness was great and the staff was friendly. You need your access card in the elevator to go to your room wich is an excellent way to limit unwanted access and contribute to the safety of the guests.

The rooms are comfortable, and an excellent breakfast buffet is offered. It is nice to have a filling station for a water bottle in the Lobby. Parking is available in the public parking garage next door, which is extremely convenient for EV owners like myself. An Evolve DC charging station with four chargers is located in the garage.
