About this house rental
Welcome!
A sunny 124 m2 home, fully furnished with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It features a slight-industrial decor, paying homage to Rotherhithe's former dock history and warm colours reminiscent of the idyllic autumn in America's Pacific Northwest. The flat offers a spacious living area with high ceilings and ample comfortable seating, allowing you to unwind and relax after exploring London. Enjoy your favourite shows on TV or stream your songs on the SONOS-branded speaker.
Continuing through the house, the kitchen maintains the same spacious and inviting atmosphere as the living room. It seamlessly connects to a charming private terrace with garden furniture for delightful summer BBQs and al-fresco dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs and includes a washing machine, allowing you to conveniently freshen your clothes in my home. Relish your meals at the dining table, which accommodates four people.
My home has three bedrooms: a double bed on the first floor, a single bed and a king bed on the second floor, all fitted with storage, a dedicated work desk and clean linens for a good night's rest. There are also two bathrooms and an extra toilet room for guests. Towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided at no additional cost.
Parking is included and there is only 1 free parking space available for the guests.
Rest assured, my home is professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Enjoy!
Guests will have access to the entire home!
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
Rotherhithe, an evolving area of former docks, is home to the Brunel Museum, with displays about the building of the Thames Tunnel in an old engine house. Nearby, the iconic, centuries-old Mayflower pub has a wooden deck with tables overlooking the river. Mid-range chain stores fill Surrey Quays Mall, and Surrey Docks Farm is home to donkeys and pigs.
You can park your car in front of my home. However, public transport is within walking distance, and services like UBER and Addison Lee are available for hire.
- 6-minutes by foot to Rotherhithe (Overground)
- 5-minutes by foot to Canada Water (Overground and Jubilee)
- London Heathrow is 1 hour and 40 minutes away by car, depending on traffic conditions and route.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. We had everything we needed in a calm and pleasant area very close to the tube (7min walk).
Everything was perfect. We only had some difficulties with the programming of the shower.

We loved the location. There is so much room! The flat is exactly as described. It is a 7 min walk to Canada Water tube station, where there is also a grocery store. The walk is easy with a few stairs and a short path in a park like well lighted area. The bedrooms are on the second and third floor, which helps spread people out. We loved it.

The flat is wonderful. The beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and everything is exactly as pictured. It is a quick 7 minute walk to Canada Water tube station if the path behind the flat is dry.

It’s pretty decent stay, and we enjoyed it!

Quiet location with easy access to central London. I wish we had had time to explore Rotherhithe itself and its history. The house is spacious and well equipped. Lovely space to be in! Disappointingly, the bedroom descibed as having a single bed, actually has a sofa bed which is very hard, not comfortable!
