The check-in was a mess. I spent 30 min to fill-in a form. To pay the 3€ tax was a nightmare as only credit/debit cards were accepted —> impossible to do it when a 2nd verification step is requested by your bank !!! And nobody available to help, no reception, nothing !!! Also no breakfast available. Room was perfect but will avoid this hotel in the future due to check-in process and no breakfast possibilities.

Nice property and very modern. Room had lots of amenities and they were all of a high quality, although it is quite snug/compact... even for one person. I was attending a large congress at the Messe, so the price for this property was very expensive. But in fairness, every property in the area increases their rates substantially.
Room showed a bit of wear, but nothing too significant. My biggest complaint was the poor quality of the pillows and sheets/duvet cover . I did not sleep well the entire trip and woke with a neckache on most days. This is a relatively easy fix... just purchase higher quality sheets and some new pillows. Other than that, the stay was pleasant. I found two good restaurants very close to the property that offered take-away at reasonable prices. All in all, I would likely return.

Simple decoration, pantry is all good for cooking meals, close to town centre

It was very nice stay in Dusseldorf. The hotel apartment is located by Rhine and very relaxed environment.
I loved sauna in the facility.

Service was terrible. In the 10 days I stayed no one came to clean the room or change towels and sheets. I asked 3 different people and still no one came. The air conditioning was not working all this time, made the room very uncomfortable. Again told management

Fantastic place to stay, 5 stops from central Düsseldorf on the tram and there is a stop right outside the hotel. Views across the Rhein and the city were amazing. The room was lovely too with a balcony. Only downside is that it doesn’t have a reception etc should you have any issues. Also there was no information about other amenities within the building and where to find them. My friend had a suite in a higher floor with a wrap around balcony which was stunning. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great stay and those views are stunning.

I liked the easy access via technology on the phone to access different areas of the hotel including room, also how friendly the staff is. I dont like the fact there is not always the option to communicate with someone when needed and missing simple items such as iron for clothes and a functioning coffee machine in the room.

Hotel is slightly out of centre but the tram connection is superb. The hotel is very nice with amazing views over the city and Rhein. I stayed on 12th floor in skyline view room. Highly recommended.

Really surprisingly good! Everything was good explained and the room looks good and new. I didn’t get my room cleaned in the morning. That’s the only thing I have to concern. I’ll come back

There was no hot water one morning

Really nice, except for the TV. The TV Streaming options didn't work, so we were kind of bored in the evening for a price of 300€ per night unacceptable.

Absolutely awesome location and place to stay. My fiancé had surgery and it was in the same building and was very comfortable with amazing views.

Everything was perfect, the rooms were very comfortable and very complete.
The only negative was that there were not many taxis/uber cabs in the area, which complicated my experience a bit.
For people going for pleasure the hotel is great,
For the rest, the hotel is amazing and every morning they have a barista making coffee for the guests.

Good location and easy to access to the VRR.

There was no paper towel in the kitchen, no trash bin in the bathroom. In the morning of the last day, a male cleaner abruptly opened the door without knocking, creating a frightening experience
