Logement parfait pour une semaine à Porto Rico

Ce logement est idéalement placé à proximité du vieux San Juan, il y a même un supermarché à proximité. Il est propre et bien décoré. La cuisine est aussi fonctionnelle. Suite à un problème, les propriétaires ont été très réactifs et m'ont proposé immédiatement de changer de logement (même si au final cela n'a pas été nécessaire).

Le logement est un peu sombre mais ce n'est qu'un détail et je le savais déjà.

TV didn’t work. It’s too high up at an odd angle to the bed. Couldn’t watch TV comfortably. The bathroom is too small. I asked for towels twice and didn’t get any. They could have dropped them off, since we’re out most of the day. When I called and left a message, they got back to me too late. There was only one set of keys. Other folks had two sets, which we needed. The main building entrance door is off. Sometimes it locks, sometimes it stays open.

Loved the decoration and it was super clean. I really recommend this place 100%

It haves a small pool, hammock and the place smells good. Very clean There’s super markets near, gas stations, restaurants and the beach 🏝️

Soggiorno da incubo!

Niente!

Soggiorno pessimo, siamo arrivati di sera tardi e abbiamo avuto molte difficoltà per accedere alla stanza in quanto non vi è una reception fisica. La stanza che ci è stata assegnata era molto bagnata in quanto il condizionatore messo ad alta potenza ha gocciolato moltissimo venendosi così a creare nelle vicinanze del letto una grande pozzanghera che le foto che allego rendono poco. Abbiamo così chiesto ed ottenuto un cambio stanza, peccato che vi erano i segnalatori del fumo staccati e uno dei quali che suonava con un "bip" continuo ogni minuto, abbiamo così dovuto disattivare anche quello, le sorprese sono continuate in quanto la stanza non era pulita e affacciandosi nel terrazzino vi erano presenti molti calcinacci. Così ho contattato nuovamente la struttura, la mattina dopo sono entrati nella nostra stanza alle 6.00 del mattino pensando che non fossimo in quella stanza e svegliandoci di soprassalto e avendoci permesso di dormire solo poche ore, risolto il problema le pulizie sono ripassate in mattinata quando non eravamo in stanza ma non hanno pulito il terrazzino che è rimasto sporco e scarsamente agibile. Infine ci siamo accorti che la federa del cuscino presentava delle gocce di sangue secco! Sconsiglio assolutamente questa struttura!

Excellent location and value

Excellent location - walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, and shopping. We were always able to find parking on the street within a block or two. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Easy self check-in. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!

Pleasant place.

The location was amazing, walking distance to anything that you may need. Great for food and window shopping. It is across the street from a fancy hotel that also has a few food options attached. There is a fully equipped kitchenette and there is a grocery store diagonal across the street if you want to cook. It is on the strip for shopping and restaurants and the beach is about a half mile walk. Bebos restaurant and the Egg Joint both within half a mile served really good food. La Mona Loiza is clean, they supply a tasty coffee and a coffee maker and beach towels as well. The mattress is comfortable and there is a rainshower head in the shower. The only thing that could have been better are brighter lights in the kitchen. There is no parking but we found parking on the street.

I had just come in with breakfast and did not lock the door. Oddly one of the property employees opened the door about a minute after I came in. Very odd.... I am not sure why she even tried the door. The lighting was very dim in the kitchen and there was no designated parking lot.

Great location and great customer service.

The staff was great and very responsive to any requests. The location was great - close to everything - the beach, a Super Max supermarket, small shopping center, Starbucks, petrol station, DoubleTree Hotel where you can go for a meal or a cocktail. It feels pretty safe in the area, just watch where you are stepping in when walking along the streets.

I'd like to have an electric kettle, more light in the room, and more regular hot-cold water balance. Also, it is a big difference in which building your room is. I first got a very smelly room in outdated building, but after I contacted customer care, they moved me to a better one. When booking a room it is not clear what are you getting. More images of what each room looks like should be provided, as now it looks more like a lottery.

Booking with this agency is 100% worth the money.

Full disclosure: we were moved to another location due to maintenance at La Mona Loiza. They moved us closer to Condado and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment. We were pleasantly surprised and will be booking with them again! Very quick and tentative staff. Very helpful and loved La Mona Loíza when we stayed there in February.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The customer service is excellent, they are always available to help with questions and solved issues right away. The location is excellent as well, close to supermarket and restaurants in particular.

It was during Spring Break when I was staying, so some of the students who were staying in the hotel were loud at late night by the pool area.

Great Appartments, big and in a perfect area!

Das Apartment war groß und komfortabel, der gesamte Komplex schön aufgebaut und sauber, die Lage einmalig in der Nähe im beliebten Bezirk Condado.

Kein Aufzug. Mit viel Gepäck etwas mühsam.

Perfect place, will book again!

The place was so cute and clean. When I needed extra towels and linens they got it for me immediately. The location was prime for so much. I loved my stay!

I was on the 3rd floor so without an elevator my legs were put to work but that's all.

Best location in Santurce/Loiza

Location was the best, we definitely recommend! Room and bathroom were small but it had everything we needed. You stay there for the location, not the room. We didn't have hot water during our stay, which kind of sucked. Make sure to follow-up with the owner if this is a deal breaker for you.

Perfecto lugar para unas maravillosas vacaciones!🏖️☀️👙🥙

Exelente ubicación y muy cómodo para todo. El lugar muy limpio y organizado. Tienes desde restaurantes, supermercado y lugares para visitar a pasos. Y ni hablar de la hermosa playa, a cinco minutos caminando. No tuvimos ningún problema con la comunicación y todos nuestros pedidos fueron solucionados al momento. Gracias Ashlie por todas y cada una de tus atenciones y gracias también al personal. Para mi fue una estancia maravillosa. Sin duda volveré ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect location

The locatiom is +100 and the apartment looks even better than the pictures.

I wish the shower had rhe facility to can shower holding it with the hand. My hair got wet. But still ok, is just an opinion.

Bellissime camere in posizione centrale!

Struttura centrale in Calle Loiza vicinissima a bar, ristoranti, supermercati e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Anche la famosissima Placita de Santurce é a 10 minuti a piedi. Le camere sono veramente carine e dotate di ogni comfort. Si accedere alla struttura tramite codice e alla camera tramite locker con all’interno le chiavi. Le prese e la luce della camera non funzionavano appena siamo arrivate e lo staff é stato da subito súper disponible offrendoci il cambio camera. Per la prima sera abbiamo deciso di rimanere lì perché eravamo stanche dal viaggio e avevamo già sistemato le nostre cose negli armadi. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e presente per ogni necessità (mancava il phon). All’interno della struttura vi è anche un patio con sdraio e una piccola piscina utilizzabile da tutti gli ospiti.

Se proprio devo fare una critica, la camera da noi prenotata aveva il balcone (che non era ben pulito), mentre quella in cui ci hanno spostate non lo aveva. Questo però non ha influito su come ci siamo trovate bene! La doccia é piuttosto stretta.

Excelentes vacaciones

La casa está situada en buena zona , facil ubicación , a una cuadra se encuentra un supermercado que está abierto las 24 horas, también está cerca un carrito de hamburguesas muy bueno, a pocos metros se encuentra el malecón , la casa es cómoda , limpia, agua caliente que era indispensable para nosotros, la verdad regresaría con mi familia.

El único punto desfavorable era que la puerta principal no se cerraba, estuvo dañada todo el tiempo de la estadía, eso quitaba un poco de seguridad sobre todo en las noches.

Buona posizione, a 10 min di macchina dall’ aeroporto e 10 dal centro della città vecchia di San juan

Struttura rumorosa e NON c’era acqua calda!!! Presente macchinetta del caffè ma senza caffè (quindi inutile). Pavimento sporco. Problemi iniziale con il check in. NON RACCOMANDO!!

Amazing experience for the amazing price and great location!

The location was right in the middle of everything being walking distance. Love how easy it was to check in and check out. The communication I had with them was so fast and were so kind to let me check in early since my flight arrived earlier. I appreciate them so much and would definitely come back.
