About this house rental
Welcome to all Seattle has to offer! This Queen Anne Townhouse has views of the Ship Canal, Salmon Bay Waterway, Magnolia and the Olympic range from all three floors! Enjoy plenty of natural light and sunsets from two west-facing decks. Two primary suites with vaulted ceilings are located on the third floor (bedrooms 1 and 2), with an additional bedroom on the first floor (bedroom 3). All bedrooms are set up to help you sleep soundly with black-out blinds and brand-new mattress sets as of 2023. Bedroom 3 also has a futon that can be pulled out for an additional double bed.
The primary living space is located on floor two and is open concept with an oversized gas fireplace, half-bath, leather sectional couch, dining table with 6 chairs, kitchen bar seating for 4, stainless steel appliances and a kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the main floor deck looking out at a beautiful view of boats and mountains.
Queen Anne is one of Seattle's most desirable and beautiful neighborhoods, and the Queen Anne View townhouse is a short distance from all of Seattle's top attractions including the following: Climate Pledge Arena (3.1 mi), the Space Needle (3.8 mi), the Seattle Art Museum (4.6 mi), T-Mobile Park (5.7 mi), Lumen Field (5.9 mi), The Paramount (4.1 mi), the 5th Avenue Theater (4.5 mi), The Seattle Aquarium (4.2 mi), Husky Stadium (4.2 mi), Pike Place Market (4.3 mi), Museum of Pop Culture (3.7 mi), Ballard Locks (2 mi), Pacific Science Center (3.5 mi), Chihuly Garden and Glass (3.8 mi), Seattle Great Wheel (4.3 mi), Kerry Park (2.4 mi), Pioneer Square (4.9 mi), South Lake Union (3.3 mi), the heart of Fremont (2.0 mi), the Fremont Troll (1.9 mi), Queen Anne Avenue (2.2 mi), SPU (.8 mi) and Golden Gardens (4.2 mi). SeaTac airport is 16.8 miles away.
The Rooftop Brew Co. is a short walk away (.2 mi) as is Old Stove Brewing (.6 mi). If you're an ambitious walker, we recommend strolling up the hill to Queen Anne Avenue to enjoy shops and restaurants and catch Kerry Park as you loop back to the townhouse.

TVs/Wifi: The two primary suites and the main floor are all furnished with TVs. The TV in bedroom 2 is a smart TV and the other two TVs come equipped with cable TV and a multitude of channels. Wifi is included.
General: The townhouse has a washer/dryer, linens/towels (plus 5 beach towels included in case you venture to the beach), complimentary toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion), hair dryers in each full bathroom, 3 window a/c units, and a game and book selection. There is a Ring doorbell in the front facing entry.
Closets/dresser: Bedrooms 1 and 3 have spacious closets and Bedroom 2 has a small closet and includes a dresser. There are two luggage stands in bedroom 1 and one luggage stand in Bedrooms 2 and 3.
Parking/Transportation: The townhouse does have a one car garage, but it is a small garage and located in a precarious spot, so it is not available for parking with the rental. Street parking is available and depending on time of day can easily be found out front or worst-case scenario generally within a couple of blocks. Other sources of transportation available in the area: Bus, Light Rail (closest depots are the Westlake Station and the University of Washington Station which are both 4.3 mi away), taxis and both Lyft and Uber. There are also usually e-bikes/scooters available nearby.
Family Conveniences: There are plastic reusable utensils, cups, plates, and bowls if needed for little ones. There is a folding highchair, two baby gates, outlet covers, and a Pack ‘n Play available for use if needed.
The townhouse is exclusively yours during your stay so please make yourself at home.
Policies:
No Smoking: if any smoke debris or smell is detected during or after a guest’s stay it will result in a $250.00 deep cleaning fee.
No Pets: although we love pets, they are not allowed at this property. Anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500.00 and be asked to remove it immediately.
No Events or Parties: any evidence of a party or event being thrown on the property will automatically result in a deep cleaning and carpet cleaning fee so the townhouse will remain clean and ready for the next guests to enjoy.
Cleaning: The townhouse's cleaning fee is based on courteous guests. If the housecleaning crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning charge of $50.00 per hour will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required.
Damage Deposit: There is a fully refundable damage deposit of $500.00 required at the time of booking. If no extensive damage is done to the townhouse, it will be fully refunded within 10 days after your stay. If extensive damage is done to the townhouse, the damage deposit will not be refunded.
ID and Credit Card may be Required: Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or debit card may be required at check-in.
