Unparalleled ocean and beach views from this special retreat at the entrance to the Wharf. BBQ from your balcony and enjoy views over Capitola Village and the waters beyond, or walk a block and find yourself surrounded by restaurants and boutique shops. This is an incredible venue for families, surfers and beach goers to immerse themselves in one of the top US beach towns (sleeps 6). There is a one car garage that is available for you during your stay. We have 220 volt in the garage for charging EV’s. We also have a parking permit for another car for you to use during your stay too.
SPACE: We have king premier memory foam mattres, queen bed and full mattress in small loft area. Couch has a queen pullout sleeper. Full Kitchen. Expansive ocean views from living room, dining room, and kitchen with a covered balcony for outside enjoyment.

We have been coming to Capitola for eight years and this is hands down our favorite place. Location was perfect, sleeping arrangements perfect and an amazing view. Just beautiful!!

Newley remodeled very clean comfortable condo that is literally steps from the beach. Host Nancy responds quickly , is very helpful and even let us know about local events happening during our stay. Great spot. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location! Lived that we had a parking space because there wasn’t many spaces available in town. This place has a great view and is about a 3 minute walk to downtown restaurants and shopping.

Had a wonderful stay here. Location was excellent. Just a few minutes walk to capitola village and the beach. We really enjoyed the views from the deck, and the sound of the waves. The condo feels newly renovated, airy and relaxing. Plenty of comfortable, tasteful furnishings make it feel like home. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked together several times. Parking was a little tricky due to the construction, but we figured it out eventually. Our host was very welcoming. We had a great time and would highly recommend!

This newly renovated property was clean and in a great location! The only markdown we have would be for the complications associated with accessing the property. Parking was terrible due to construction (not the fault of the property owner) and it was difficult to ascertain which property was even our rental. Overall, an AMAZING property that I’m sure we’ll return to in the future.

The property and location was stunning. Beautiful views and easy access to experience all that Capitola has to offer. My family of 4 (parents plus a teen and pre-teen) stayed here for Columbus Day weekend. I have too many good things to say about this place! First, the property looked exactly as described and as indicated in the photos. The decor and the feel of the entire condo was light, airy, and beautiful. It was clear the Owners put some thought into the feel they wanted for the space and the colors, decor and little touches were so welcoming and put us all in a beach state of mind! Second, the condo is extremely spacious! Our family all had plenty of space to spread out and have privacy when needed. My husband is a snorer and was able to sleep in the living room without bothering any of us or our slumber! The bedroom sizes are extremely generous, as well, and the dressers and closets were huge - far more than what we needed for a few days. The beds were super comfy, linens were soft, and there were ample pillows and blankets to go around. Third, the bathrooms are well appointed and brand/spanking new. Everything functioned perfectly and other than a missing shower curtain (which the Owner immediately addressed) the bathrooms were awesome. I also can’t emphasize how helpful it was to have that extra half bath! With four people, operating with one bathroom can be challenging but this was perfect. Fourth, the kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed with tons of glasses, dishes, pots and pans, shampoo, conditioner, etc. There were flavored waters in the fridge and a nice bottle of wi

We’ll appointed and extremely clean condo. The view is excellent even though they are working on the Wharf and there is construction equipment all around. Easy access to the beach.
