Brompton Gardens is set over three floors and consists of a lower-ground-floor kitchen/diner equipped with electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and dining seating for seven guests, a lower-ground-floor utility with washing machine, and a sitting room with Smart TV and balcony with furniture. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite bathroom, a twin with en-suite bathroom, a lower-ground-floor single and a ground-floor adult-bunk with TV, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture and barbecue, off-road parking for two cars and additional roadside parking is available. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Brompton Gardens is a splendid base for your next getaway in Devon. Note: No outside music, and no music after 9pm. Note: Bunk beds for young children and teenagers only.
