I like absolutely nothing about this place
This place is disgusting. Where do I begin!
The room smelled so bad that I had a nose covering the entire night. The floor was filthy, there were some droppings (which I suspect were rat droppings) and wifi was unavailable. I had to check out the following day and got a better hotel to lodge in.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

front desk staff was lovely and helpful! location great, gated great but they never close them
no breakfast, no pool. the security guard actually YELLED at us on the first night for mistaking the pool for open when none of the signs indicated that it was closed. got no apology and i have a video of the MANAGER openly admitting that he would rather paying customers leave over getting his security team to apologize for assuming that we were “the kind of people that hang around the streets here”. he wouldn’t even look at me let alone speak to me (a woman) who made and paid for the booking saying i was “too animated” and only responded after i reacted. he then tried to make it about RACE assuming i was a white woman. conversation went nowhere and they blamed us for an honest mistake. do not go here if you don’t want to be harassed and ostracized by a manager/security guard team who have nothing better to do apparently.

It’s closed to downtown.
The small bed for 2 people and the table lamp was not working .

Proximity to university and other points of interest is super convenient. Upon arrival, I was nervous about the location due to neighbouring hotel and bar and added security gate. The rules and staff - Claude & Mike reassured and proved that guest-safety was high priority. Hot water, bath tub, parking, pet-friendly, minimalistic and good value for money. Less expensive than monthly rent for one-bedroom apt. In most big cities.
The history! The Outlaws bar and Venture Inn next door were scary.

Good location
Internet connection was completely off the first couple of days, then after talking to multiple staffs more than 3 times, I was shifted another room, where in the internet was still very unstable for the rest of my stay.

Staff was great, very responsive, 24 hour availability to answer whatever needs I may have. Location was great as it is close to everything in the city centre. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bed felt great, I slept very well.
Nothing, it was exactly what I expected when I booked Midtown Inn as my choice of place to stay. The site represented the suite accurately.

We had an amazing stay at Midtown Inn. We travel very often and have stayed in numerous hotels but this is one the best motel in Saskatoon or Saskatchewan. The staffs went above and beyond to make sure our stay was good. We recommend this place to everyone!
Finally found a place we could sleep peaceful without worrying about someone breaking into your car! Security staffs are awesome!

Amazing stay! Definitely will come back to this place. We had an office get together in their banquet hall and booked around 14 rooms at Midtown Inn and it was on of the best decision we took. Staffs are amazing and property is clean and secure.

Location to downtown is nearby, ease to bus stop ,car parking available
I was made to wait outside their compound in the minus degree weather for over 10 minutes, as they locked the gates saying some kind of protocol, then the staff was unable to find the keys to the gate ..finally after they let me in , one staff said "Alls good bro",I just walked off not wanting to create a scene

Not much to like.
The fact that the room was disgusting. The lobby had a sign stating that 'this is a drug free' zone. There were constant alarms playing as if background music. When I asked about the alarms, I was told that it was done to keep undesirables from loitering in the area.
