The window wouldn’t lick, people loitering in the parking lot just outside our door, no toilet paper holder, room stank, smoke alarm kept beeping…called maintenance and it wasn’t even connected to the wiring. Maintenance man was super nice. The pictures I looked at on hotels.com did not properly represent this property. Management was nice and courteous and did change our room when we requested

Open the door, chemical smell. the only chair smelled, looked 30+ years old, cigarette burns all over. sticky to the touch. What could be painted had 7-8 layers and the grout around the tub and toilet was gray (used to be white) Wife took a shower, dried off abd by the time she made it to the bed, the bottom of her feet were filthy. You can see 4 bars from the front door, and hear music from dusk to dawn.

Terrible place to stay, they opened the door on my room and let my service dog out of my room!!! Then proceeded to call the law on me and my wife cause we we're upset.... a very unsafe place to stay.... homeless people harass u in the parking lot.....bad experience all the way around

Could not understand manager/owner and clerk. Trash on walkways. Moldy smell in rooms. Mold outside walkways. Telephone in room was dead and could not call front desk. A/C was loud. Ice machine looked icky. Access to and leaving motel was difficult.

Hotel has weirdos working there. Take heed. Will kick you out for not signing a paper. I asked around to see if they was just picking on me or everyone m. So it turned out everyone I asked said they wasn’t signing the paper and they didn’t get kicked out. The room was payed at 9 am and they still will bang on your door at 11. Even if you have kids. I tried to report them and file a complaint and WYNDHAM told me that the staff can treat you however they want whether they are wrong or right. So that was a waist of time. If you stay 1 night you should be ok but don’t waiste your money on any other night. Dont say I didn’t warn you!

Heavy drug use. Could smell marijuana and see drugs everywhere around us being dealt. First room was supposed to be a no smoking room but smelled like fresh weed. Beds had white “stains” all over the bed spreads. Moved to another room with mold and mildew everywhere beds was damp feeling and so much shady stuff happening in the parking lot. Felt very unsafe. Too late at check in to try to find somewhere else to go and then lose our money also. Terrible place. DO NOT STAY HERE

I like that they had full bottles of shampoo/conditioner, hand wash and moisterizers. I did not like that i had to spend 7 days without hot water. I asked to.be placed into.a different room but the attendant said they was all.booked. Told me that i need to.let the water run for 10-15 mins. It ran and dripped for hours Still no hot water. This was a major inconvenience, Made it difficult to shower and wash.my hair.

I was in the room and someone walked in the room without nocking. She just stood there and looks at me. I asked housekeeping? She just looked at me and walked away. I was in the lobby and I was asked if I wanted to make some quick cash. I was asked if I was alone.

Very very rude customer service very racial profiling and everything else me and my children went to stay there because we are currently homeless and they allow pets cuz we have our psychiatric service dogs and they were just very rude and very bothered anytime we had a question or anything like that they just would with the attitude be very apprehensive to answer it or very nonchalant about whatever it was we were trying to ask them there was mold on my blankets and pillows I even took pictures

Nothing amazing or even good. Sinks wouldn't drain, bed sheets had boot prints, there was mold, bathroom light wasn't working, sticky stuff in fridge. Front desk staff was not responsive and barely spoke English. Not sure if i got it all, but suffice to say super 8 needs to pull the super out of the title. The majority of the new managers and owners are brining the worst parts of where they left and bringing those standards here. 0 if i could

Customer service was spotty. Room was not cleaned and ready by check in time so I had to wait an extra hour just to get in. Shower head was not able to be turned off so it had to be left running. Would not recommend

Room was dirty. Sheets were dingy. Blankets had cigarette holes. It was a hassle to get extra towels. No early check-in. Had to break in to the room after spending the day in town, because the security lock engaged when housekeeping finished.

The place was COMPLETELY DISCUSSING WITHROACH INVESTED ROOM , WATER DRAINING FROM SINK ONTO THE FLOOR, FLOORS DIRTY, THE NEXT ROOM they put me in after making me wait until the next day was nasty with hair all over floor sink and tub with an ac that barley blew air , they then tried to move me to a room that was covered in mold including the Bed sheets and cover! My door was open when i came back later that day they didnt understand me, thwy refuseto lookat cameras and were extremely rude !! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR RUIN YOUR HEALTH ! I had sister in ICU at Oschner's in NOLA so I booked reservation for 3 nights online. Upon check in, they charged me upfront for entire stay (red flag 1). I didn't sleep there on first night, I stayed in ICU. I went to hotel next day, took shower there were drain flies everywhere, in shower, on floor, on bed, nightstand, etc. (red flag 2). I went to front desk to check out around 4 pm so I requested for refund for the third night in which I did not stay, in fact, I did not even sleep there after seeing all the drain flies and yes I have pictures. Since I booked my reservation via Expedia, they reached out to Super 8 hotel and could not reach anyone (red flag 3). Finally, the location on this hotel is located in an area that I would say NOT safe (red flag 4). I booked a room at the Brent House on premises of Oschner's hospital for the remainder of my stay which was another 2 nights. To this day, Super 8 hotel never refunded the third night's stay in which I left early. These people only want to take your money upfront, can not be reached, will not resolve any of your concerns or issues and do not care about your comfort. I can NOT recommend this hotel to any of my fellow Americans. I hope you find my review helpful when looking at this hotel. Do not allow yourself to be tricked like myself and please do not allow the cheap price to drive your decision in booking this hotel. They need to get professional exterminator to rid of drain flies out of guests' rooms.

I am with a pilice K9 team working security for the superdome and most all of our team booked this hotel in advance for 4 nights not knowing situation there. Upon check in our forst room was full of black mold allover the ceiling walls bathroom and all. Not to memtion door could just be kicked in. Asked to be moved and was told give me time as it was 3th of july and they were all reserved. 2 hrs later came to move me and my other 2 roommates next room was also full of mold. We were tired and had to be up early for 3 days of 18hr shifts. The 3rd room didnt have any mold visable so we moved to that room. After all the trouble we go to take showers and the tub wouldnt drain. Absolutely horrible place!!!!! We came to protect the city with highly trained k9s and this is our treatment. Lesson learned!
