The worst hotel I ever stayed at

Absolute nothing awful

It was moldy and made me very sick and was dirty hair every wear pubic hair on bathroom counter floor and shower and hair even in towel so disgusting not sanitary at all! And no blow dryer was available had to go to events with wet hair not acceptable !

Location

Room was very outdated. Really need to upgrade furniture and make more modern...dresser drawers wouldn't stay closed like room was leaning. Bathroom walls really need painting lots of repairs. Toilet leaks at base. No vanity to put your stuff on...just a sink with no counter. Shower head so low couldn't wash hair with it. Only 1 trash can in whole room. Advertise free breakfast...which was coffee and oatmeal packets.

Your ad said ‘no deposit required.’ I was surprised and therefore unprepared to pay $100 deposit when I reached the hotel. 🤨

The kitchen area in Extended Suites is a big plus

Easy to find, and easy, fast check-in with LaWanda. The room was nice, very clean and the bed was great good breakfast We were surprised to learn that there was no ice machine (especially for a southern state). Tanya was very kind and got me a bottle of frozen water from the employee refrigerator. We loved the kitchen and large refrigerator, and since there was a full-size freezer, we were able to make ice for our water bottles for the next morning. There was supposed to be a grab and go breakfast, but they were never delivered. Metairie is a good place to stay to have easy access to New Orleans. We were pleased that the deposit for incidentals/damages was refunded quickly.

Great location and clean rooms

Was worried after reading other reviews. But we had no issues at all. Ms. Tiffany at the front desk was awesome. She was super friendly and very helpful with all my questions. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

they had roaches and the hot water wasn’t coming out . so I told them no housekeeper or worker ever came to our room that whole week we were there

the room was nasty don’t stay there.

loved the location

it was a non smoking room and smelled the smoke. the room was not cleaned at all. the shower had shampoo drinks all in it. the front desk had a horrible attitude when I tried to tell her.

The room is nice for a quick visit minus the roaches. The staff was very friendly!

It had roaches. At first glance you don't see them, oohhh but they come out. We had to change rooms. Then the next morning my sister-in-law woke up with a big roach on her cover by her face in the new room. UNACCEPTABLE!
