About this cabin rental
During the warmer Summer months, enjoy a true Tahoe rarity - Air Conditioning! When visiting Tahoe, many people spend just as much time outdoors as they do inside! Make the most of the fresh air and Tahoe's natural beauty and within a 10-minute walk, you can experience the breathtaking views from Lake Tahoe's sandy shoreline and even dunk your toes in! If it's a snowcapped adventure you are seeking, several ski resorts are nearby with the closest, Northstar, less than 10 miles away!
On those chillier nights, warm up by the wood-burning fireplace and curl up in the semi-private living area while streaming your favorite show on the SMART TV. Adjacent is the formal dining table with seating for 8 where you can share meals with the added ambience of the roaring fireplace. The dining area is open to the modern kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous white granite countertops with gold finishes, and a complete line of essential gadgets by SMEG. Just off the kitchen, an additional, multi-use room with more artwork, a new washer and dryer and casual barstool seating to provide more spaces to eat with wall-to-wall windows overlooking the stunning backyard.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a California king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo on the lower level. To access this Master Suite, you can use a door off the living room or through a door that exits to the backyard. This area also contains a walk-in closet and dresser for storage and automatic lights in the private, full bathroom for your convenience. On the opposite side of the home's lower level, you will find Bedroom #2 with a rustic, treehouse-inspired set of twin bunk beds. The third bedroom is also on the lower level and outfitted with a slightly different style of bunk bed. The top bunk holds a little longer than the typical twin-size mattress and the mattress on the bottom is actually queen-sized.
The last two bedrooms are located on the upper level and share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo while continuing the gold finish scheme. The queen bedroom on the right has sloped ceilings and built-in cabinets for ample storage. To the left and past the bathroom, you will find the final bedroom which features part of the fireplace below. The rock chimney extends through the floor and out the ceiling creating somewhat of a division in this oversized bedroom. Enjoy some quiet time with a good book in the perfect little seating area or maybe you prefer streaming your favorite show on the Flat screen while sinking into the plush, Cal King bed fitted with premium linens - both are possible in this final, upstairs bedroom.
Comfortable seating, outdoor dining, and the grill are all arranged on the paved areas amidst the natural greenery and towering pines within the privacy fence.

Our family loved all the upgrades in this house. The kitchen was very nice and the appliances were all new. The bathrooms were clean and all plumbing fixtures were impressive. There was just this one room upstairs that I thought should have some curtains or window treatment for privacy. And a slight snag at check-in, because the snow removal vendor arrived later than the check-in time to shovel the snow from the porch. Overall, our family had a wonderful stay.

Excellent location, perfect launching pad for three small families to explore the slopes. Kids had two rooms to themselves, parents had rooms upstairs and the family with a small kid got the master with en-suite bathroom. Really perfect for everyone!

The house is newly renovated, with good quality appliances and nicely decorated.
However; it’s a bit smaller than I would have anticipated for a 5 bedroom house. The grill could not be used during winter. There is no hot tub like other Tahoe houses we rented.
The key code did not work and we had to call management (who did not answer promptly) out in the cold. Management not very responsive, most messages takes 1-2 days to be replied.
