About this house rental
Encina 13 was designed as a large (and very comfy!) family beach house. 6 bedrooms/5 bathrooms, big open-plan living areas, high-quality furnishings, a choice of spacious terraces, and all this set in a double-size plot located just 500m from the Roche beach.
All the accommodation is on the ground floor except for the main suite (bedroom, bathroom, dressing room, office) and one of the children’s bedrooms (with separate bathroom). The designer kitchen has everything you will need and combines with the indoor eating area, which itself sits to one end of the huge living area, complete with its open fire and quiet reading corner. Large sliding glass doors separate the indoor living area from one of the two extensive covered terraces. All this results in a tremendous sense of space; not only is the garden significantly larger than most in Roche, but the house has been positioned and designed to make the very most of this, with extensive vistas and cool breezes making it far more than just a beach house. The pool area has its own bathroom and also a large purpose-built bbq area.
A walk of about 200m will take us to the local shop, pharmacy, a couple of bars and restaurants, and childrens’ playground. Roche also has its own tennis and padel courts and five-a-side football pitches as well as electric car charging stations. In the summer months, there are several beach bars/restaurants to choose from within walking distance, some of which are now staying open all year. A 5-minute drive will then provide you with a far larger selection of both bars and restaurants. The area offers an endless list of activities, information on which you will find here on our website, our Instagram and on our Facebook page. And if you book with us, we provide you with detailed information on all our recommendations, details on local amenities, and our up-to-date guide to the best of everything! You could spend a wonderful holiday here without a car, and just hire bikes; but, assuming you will have a car, it’s 15 minutes to Conil, 20 minutes to the hill-top village of Vejer, 30 minutes to Cadiz, 40 minutes to Tarifa and Jerez, and 90 minutes to Seville, all of which are well worth visiting.
