Welcome in our lovely, spacious house, located in a quiet residential area of Pemberton, situated just only 5 mins away from M58 and M6. In a close walking distance from DW stadium, Wigan canal, train station.

The space
Enjoy your stay in our cozy spacious house. You can find there
- kitchen fully equipped to prepare your own meals. Tea/ coffee/ sugar / basic breakfast snacks are provided. Kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, double oven, electric hob, washer-dryer.
- dining area fitted with a round table and 4 chairs. The area is shared with a living area where you can find 47 inches smart TV (iPlayer, YouTube, Netflix). You can watch your favourite series and movies sitting and snuggled on the corner sofa or rattan pouffe.
- bedroom 1 includes a single bed, dressing table with chair and single wardrobe
- bedroom 2 master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, desk with an office chair and double wardrobe where you can find an iron and ironing board
- bedroom 3 where you can find two single beds separated by a bedside table with lamp. There is also a single wardrobe
- bathroom fitted with a large shower, stone sink and led mirror. We provide essential toileters. Do not include toothpaste / toothbrush / face cleaners
- back garden where you can relax in the nature surrounded by trees
- private driveway and free street parking

The house is suitable for children all ages. If you require cot bed, toys, children books please let us know when booking.
