It was very modern and new and everything was well looked after. The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive.
My bed was rock solid, like sleeping on concrete. If you don’t mind a hard mattress then you’ll be fine, although it was okay for one night!

I enjoyed my stay at this hostel. The staff were friendly and helped me with my bags when I arrived. The bathrooms were very clean and were cleaned frequently. The rooms were nice, I liked that the lockers were large enough to fit suitcases and large backpacks and the beds were comfy. The common area is nice, has good wifi and I liked the food. Overall a lovely stay at Lartista.
Nothing to report.

Such an amazing cute little place! Clean and still very new. I loved the interior and atmosphere. Hostel rooms were good, with big lockers and big (and super comfy!) beds. Breakfast was delicious and the owner is extremely kind too. Would absolutely stay here again!
Nothing!

Ok so I arrived when a big typhoon was there. I arrived at 07.30pm and the receptionist told me the kitchen was closed already and that I could order some food by app, every places was closed because of the very heavy rain and wind so I had no diner because was impossible going anywhere with that storm.
For some reason they gave me a bed without light and plug is while the hostel was not even half booked and there was others bed with plug and light aviable, so I had to ask to change my bed, after spent not the best night (the mattresses are terrible) some monkey irrupt in my room talking loud early in the morning, I went downstairs for the breakfast at 11.00am and again the receptionist told me the breakfast close at 10.00am but no one told me that breakfast was served until 10.00am. At that point I had less then 1 hour for check out and so I tried to get some food before leaving in some place before, but because of the big storm it start heavy rain again and I had to take a tuk tuk and coming back in the hostel quiete wet and still without food from the day before.
While I was complaining the receptionist instead apologize she told me that is written on booking that they serve food until 10.00am ... :)
End of the story, we are all traveller here and we all know how stressful sometimes travelling is, and in my opinion those hostel should make things easier and not harder for us. It was well known that big storm was arriving in Philippines, we even had government alarm by our phone, all the street were flooded and was literally impossible step outside. In this cases hostel should provide at least basic food/support.
I really suggest to the owner of the place to review the basic rules of hospitality and if you are not ready, don't open
Owner should learn basic rule of hospitality, mattresses are horrible, half of the bed doesn't have plug in and light, if they say they have kitchen, kitchen must work at least in main hour time.

It's a brand new hostel and everything is new and shiny. Cleanliness is beyond the words. The staff is very friendly, Miguel is so nice and easy to approach. They are still working on bits and bobs but I'm sure it will be excellent once it's done.
Nothing really. I'm fully understanding that the little works are still in progress. It was too hot in the corner room in the morning but I pointed that out and I'm sure they will try to fix this issue.

Beautiful new hostel, really nice place. The bathroom area was lovely and spotless. The rooms are nice and you get two pillows. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
No privacy curtain and the structure of the building is quite fragile so you'll feel if someone moves or walks when you're in bed.

Is a new place good located, they bring you a guest kit with ear plugs, tooth brush and Toothpaste, the staff is amazing, you have all the facilities in the service room and the decoration and space is good.
The floor was made of metal and you can hear everything and in the mornings the rooms are very warm! But the rooms have a good unit of AC.

This is a brand new hostel and I was their first customer! The place has been decorated well and I’m very impressed with the facilities and kindness from the staff. As this place gets busier, it will be the perfect social hostel for all travellers. The staff were super attentive and helpful. Could not recommended this place more.
Once the sun was up the rooms get a little warm but the air con was perfect throughout the evening, and it’s still cooler in the room than outside.

The location is great for the price, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The cleanliness and good water pressure in the shower and toilet are commendable. Great job!
