Tres bonne prestation

Personnel très agréable et efficace Très bon rapport qualité/prix, on nous a proposé de prendre l’équivalent du petit-dej le soir car on partait très tôt le matin suivant du fait que le petit dej était inclus. Hotel très pratique pour aller sur Balabac(arrêt Van juste à côté)

It is okay, but definately not more than that!

Close to the mall in Puerto Princesa. The shower was good, but the water had issues getting through the drain.

Not much to complain about, but neither many expectations for this stay so all in all acceptable. Only real negative side of it was that from our room (213) there was very much noise from the road because the windows are not sealed.

Très bien pour un court séjour.

Hôtel très propre, pratique avec le centre commercial juste à côté, bonne connexion internet, … bref, pour passer une nuit en transit cet hôtel est très bien.

OK for 1 - 2 nights

The position of the hotel was excellent for my further trip. Stuff was great and always ready to help. We didn`t have a breakfast - so , there is no information about it. We-Fi was working properly

The hotel was definitely old and the bathroom was in poor condition. The bathroom door was in a state of falling apart. Beds were comfortable, , BUT there is NO ANY space to put Rucksak on, or cloths when you go to bed !!! The floor is only option. Not nice ! The AC in front of every window in every room of this hotel is so noisy that sleeping without earplugs is impossible. The towels were in very bad condition, even after being washed, they were dirty and not clean - see picture attached

I had a very bad check in experience at this hotel. It was noon and it was hot. No ac or fan at the reception. They make you sign and fill up form which I think is a total waste of time given that all the information is available in my reservation. Lastly, the girl receptionist who checked me in called me “Sir” im a transgender and I think the staff need to be trained how to use gender neutral pronouns and salutations to avoid customers getting upset. For the price I paid, its too expensive, old towels, squeeky bed. Not going back.

Good location near Robinson Mall.

Location is good. We just love it because it is on the main road and further more just next to Robinson Mall. Good for lunch and dinner, shopping and ATM. Hotel did not provide electric jug and bottled water but they do have water dispenser situated on the same floor. Great!

Restaurant for breakfast is too small. It was set menu with cordial cold drink. No hot coffee/tea. Staff took long time to serve.

Budget hotel with convenient location to shopping mall, good for transition to or from a resorts.

Location is convenient for a 3 minute walk to the shopping mall for restaurants, groceries, and goods and taxi service. Staff are extremely kind and helpful. Location is at the city edge rather than in the middle of all the confusion and traffic.

Breakfast was poor, substandard, hair in my rice. Skip it, and wait for the shopping mall grocery store to open. Had to change rooms to get an air conditioner that worked.

Our go to hotel recently whenever we're in the city. We like that it's near Robinsons mall and Adventist Hospital. Money wise, I think the price is okay. They have water dispenser. 😁 They also have House of Thai, where you can order food and coffee (yay!).

The room (104) that we had well, we didn't like it compare to the previous one(125). The TV channels are few and reception is not good. Poor wifi in our area. The toilet seat in our bathroom is already broken. Ants are very fast in that room. 🤣

Exceptional

Pillows is comfy likewise with whole room. Bathroom has complete essentials like soap and shampoo.. They also have hot and cold shower. Aircon is fine too and super cold..

Good size of room, available water in the hall. Easy access to mall. Easy check in

A bit more complicated to get transport from property, since tricycles can't go on highway, they need to take often longer paths to get to city center for example. But to take normal MC taxi avoids this.

As expected

You're given what you expect. Everything is okay, not amazing but good enough. Staff are nice, there is a thai restaurant downstairs. It's jist next to Robinsons mall which is convenient. Hot and cold water dispensers around the hotel.

Far from the city center. Rooms are just basic. Issue with the door lock, but they transfered us to another room.
