We had a very nice time at the appartment. It was clean. spatious and had every amenity we needed. The owners are welcoming and helpful when it comes to the appartment and Brussels.

This modern, ultra-clean and neat little apartment is conveniently located near Central Brussels and two major bus routes. It's an older neighborhood but there are three excellent restaurants and one incredible Italian Pasticceria (pastry shop) within easy walking distance. The available garage unit made it a great place if you have a rental car, as we did. On-street parking anywhere in BRU is very hard to find and expensive!
Mary and Lotfi (the owners) live directly above the ground-floor unit, and are SUPER to deal with. They gave us a very thorough in-briefing despite our flying into BRU pretty late at night. They had stocked the place with everything we could have needed for the first couple of days, and were available 24/7 for help if needed. Plus: Lotfi walked us to the garage at 06:30 AM for our early departure so we didn't have to get creative turning in the garage door opener. We couldn't have asked for a better "Pied a terre" in Brussels, and would go back there in a heartbeat.
And BTW: did I mention that all this comes at a BARGAIN price!?

I stayed for 4 days again this year and this place is very nicely kept; it is very clean and quiet. The hosts are very nice and they make sure that everything you may need is provided. The location is great, easy access by bus and within walking distance to the metro.

Two week stay in December for the Christmas markets.
Our hosts met us when we arrived and explained everything about the apartment and how to get around Brussels. The apartment was well stocked with food, drinks, bread, cheese, chocolates, coffee, etc. We are a little older, in our 70's, and we loved this place. Everything was new and modern and clean. We walked (once) to the Park and Grote Markt but it was a 2 mile walk. There is a bus just 2 minutes from the apartment and it takes you to the Metro and the North Train Station. The public transportation in Brussels is excellent and cheap. There are restaurants and grocery markets close by.The internet was fast and reliable.
We always rent thru VRBO when we travel and this was the best apartment we have rented in the last 4 years.

From the moment I arrived for my two week stay in Brussels, I was positively thrilled that I had booked this spotlessly clean, conveniently located, and wonderfully kitted out apartment from Mary and Lotfi. The apartment possesses all the conveniences one would need for an extended stay and, for a cook like me who prefers to eat in rather than dine out, I was delighted to make meals in a kitchen that had everything I needed. I am already looking forward to my next visit and extend my strongest endorsement for these lovely hosts and this exceptional property.

This property is very close to the bus stops that will take you directly to and from the north train station which is very helpful if you plan on touring other parts of Belguim. The area is old Brussels, with small grocery stores in the area. The hosts were very helpful and made sure everything was okay, they even leave food in the apartment so you don't have to go out right away to get food. Overall, if we returned to Brussels again, we would stay at this apartment again.

The very nice appartement, clean, cosy, reasonably close to the city center (20 min by foot) is the ideal base for visiting Bruxelles. The owners provided lots of bits an pieces in kitchen, bathroom and living room to get us started. Thanks for all.

We spent a lovely few days in Brussels at this wonderful apartment. The hosts were delightful: helpful, unobtrusive, generous in what was provided for us, we couldn't have asked for more. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. It is also very convenient for buses into the city centre.
If you are planning on visiting this city then you MUST use this apartment!...and you must go to The Music Village!!!

We had a wonderful 11-day experience at Lotfi and Mary’s apartment. We had searched for quite a while for the right place to stay for our holiday and this was it. The apartment is exactly as promised and more – equipped with top quality appliances and kitchenware, and supplied with all kinds of food items that meant we had no food worries for several days and even benefitted from some staples for the entire length of our stay. The apartment itself is comfortable with lots of lounging and storage space (too bad the weather did not allow us to sit outside at the bistro table!). It was a lovely place to come home to at the end of a long day of touristing.
The neighbourhood is residential and quiet. There is a small grocery store, butcher and bakery nearby, and other excellent food sources a little further afield. We used the no. 61 bus which stops almost outside the door, and goes to the Brussels Noord train station, and in the other direction connects with trams to take you pretty well anywhere you want to go. We paid on the bus/trams with our contactless credit cards, possibly a bit more expensive than tickets but extremely convenient, and there is a daily limit.
And no review would be complete without mentioning the warm hospitality and assistance from Mary and Lotfi. They were accommodating and helpful. Having them close at hand was a bonus. We are grateful to them for helping to make our stay in Brussels such a success.

We received a very warm welcome from Lotfi. He even helped us unload the car ;-) We came to stay for two weeks, so we had a few bags. The appartement really is everything (and more) as described. We have been promised groceries etc before , but this was above and beyond expectation. The place was nice and clean, a real treat . The garage is also a very big plus. We were very happy to be able to leave our car there. We would sincerely recommend this appartement to anyone looking for a place to stay in Brussels!

Excellent rental
This was the best rental experience that we’ve ever had. We were warmly welcomed by Lotfi and shown the rental unit. It was scrupulously clean, extremely well equipped in all ways. We so appreciated not having to rush out for supplies such as bread and milk along with many other food items and special treats.
The property is ideally located on a bus route and close to convenient shops.

Excellent Apartment
This is a beautiful apartment. It helped make our visit to Brussels comfortable and pleasant. We especially appreciate the owners who were always available if we needed help or suggestions. We greatly appreciate their thoughtfulness and care. We would certainly stay here again when visiting Brussels.
We note that the apartment is not right in the center of Brussels so we had to figure out how to get around with public transportation. It took a few tries but we figured it out. We also used Ubers and found them easy to use and inexpensive. It was worth a bit of travel to stay in such a lovely place. We have used VRBO a lot and this has been one of the best apartments we have stayed in.

We found the apartment very clean and comfortable. Mary provided many things to eat and drink! We could have stayed home to eat the first night there. However, Mary recommended the Romanian restaurant next door and it was very good. It was a Saturday night and very festive and welcoming.

Mary is an excellent hostess! I immediately felt at home in this lovely apartment. The location is about a 15 minute bus ride to Bruxelles Centraal. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay
The apartment was very nice, clean, good storage and amenities. The apartment looks new,and has everything you would need to cook and eat meals there.The host are very pleasant, and are available if you need them. They had food, beverages, and a warm welcome waiting for us. I can not speak to the location or use of public transportation, as we were visiting family and were only there to sleep.

Modern and well equipped flat short distance from city centre. Welcoming owner.
The flat is well equipped, comfortable, very clean and well maintained. The owner's welcome pack was extremely generous and the fridge was full. She was very welcoming and helpful. It is about a 30 minute walk to the Grand Place - there is a bus but we were happy walking. The off road private parking is in a secure garage just round the corner. The rear patio is really just a quite small court yard without a view but its fine for eating in and you obviously don't go to Brussels to sit in a flat. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

An amazing welcome and stay in their lovely apartment
We recently stayed 6nights at this beautiful apartment in the suburbs of Brussels and can only reiterate what others have said , it’s a wonderful place to stay and the owners make it even more so

The partment is about 15-20mins from the centre of Brussels, with a bus virtually at the door and second 4 mins walk away , it was quiet and a lovely refuge for us after 10weeks travelling
I have never stayed in an apartment that was so well ,stocked! We had all the essentials ++++and so much, wine, chocolates ,there was so much that we didn’t have to go shopping at all for the first two days , we appreciated that as tired and unwell when we arrived
The apartment is spotless, everything worked very well, nothing left to chance and Loti and Mary left us to enjoy the place but were there if we needed advice,
The bed was extremely comfortable, plenty of cupboard space , and we enjoyed the small patio once the sun came out ,
We can highly recommend this lovely apartment and the generous owners , for us it was a welcome haven in a long journey

Most Gracious Hosts
What a pleasure it was to stay in this lovingly renovated apartment. All the details are there in the lighting fixtures, the bathroom, the kitchen. In addition to providing a lovely and comfortable shelter, Lofti and Marie also semi-stock your refrigerator. So nourishment is also thrown into the bargain! The only reason I am giving this location 4.5 stars is that, while it is not difficult to get to the center of the city, it is also not right outside your door. I don't know if I took the most direct route but when I walked out of the building, I turned right, made another right, crossed the busy boulevard and caught a #29 bus, which took me to the metro station (line 1) and then to Centraal Station. There could be a more direct way to get there. In any case, do stay in here, you will be comfortable and not lacking for anything!

We traveled in many countries and rented many apartments, but this was the best of the best. Everything was perfect and the hosts, Mary and Lotfi are the most wonderful human beings we ever met. Quiet, Comfortable
This is a lovely apartment! Lots of light, spacious and well designed. Our kind and gracious hosts thought of everything we might need to make our stay comfortable, including providing some groceries for our breakfasts and a well-stocked pantry. We arrived very tired after a long flight and were delighted that the bed was so comfortable and the location so quiet. Mary and Lotfi are wonderful.
This location is a bit “off the beaten path” so be aware that it is not in the heart of Brussels. But the advantage is that it is a quiet neighborhood with public transportation close by and a number of great restaurants within walking distance.
If your travels bring you to Brussels, this is a perfect place to stay!

Amazing fully equipped apartment with the best hosts ever!
The best attribute about our stay was by far Mary and Lofti who far supercede their lovely rental. They are the most gracious, kind and welcoming people we have ever met while renting. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and is beautiful, spacious and fully equipped - you will literally have evertyhing you need and more. Mary and Lotfi were so kind as to have items in the fridge for us which was wonderful as well as fruit, pastries and Belgium chocolate. They really go above and beyond and make you feel like family. The bed was very comfy, the furnishings were modern and what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. We greatly appreciated the free parking for our out of Brussels trips but when we stayed in the city, the bus stop was close by and got us to Grand Place quickly. Walking is also an option but it was November into December and quite chilly/rainy/snowy so we opted for the public transportation.

A perfect apartment - well-located, spotless, excellent provisions, and very helful hosts.
My husband and I were in Brussels for our daughter's wedding and found this apartment to be ideal for us. It has all the modern conveniences we could use and the stock of food and drinks on hand was much appreciated. We had a very comfortable stay in this well appointed apartment. Our hostess could not have been more gracious and generous - she even took us on a quick tour of the local area. Best Place to Stay when Visiting Brussels
We loved the apartment. It is modern, really, really clean and on the ground floor. Lotfi and Mary are special. They are the perfect hosts and make you feel really at home. Lotfi explained everything to us (appliances are different in Europe). They provided food and drinks that lasted us the entire week and there was still food remaining. They thought of everything to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is spotless. The bus (No. 29) is only a 5-minute stroll from the apartment and it takes you to the center of town near Grand Place. I could continue to write about how wonderful the place is and how great Lotfi and Mary are. The best way to describe the apartment is to state that we feel that this is the best place to stay when in Brussels with two of the most wonderful people you will ever meet. If you go, you will definitely not be disappointed.

Clean, cosy apartment with wonderful hosts
My partner and I really enjoyed our stay in this cosy, comfortable apartment, which was perfect for two people. It had everything we needed and the generously stocked fridge and cupboards were a wonderful bonus. The owners, Mary and Lofti, were so hospitable and friendly, and always on hand if we needed anything. The apartment was an easy 25-30 minute walk from the centre of Brussels, which was fine for us, as we enjoy walking; if you prefer to use public transport, however, there are several bus stops close by. There were a number of pleasant restaurants within walking distance, including a Bosnian place literally next door, which we didn't try as it only reopened on our last night, but reviews suggest it would be worth a visit. Overall a great place to stay. We would recommend this apartment to family and friends, and would stay here again without hesitation if we returned to Brussels. Thank you Mary and Lofti!

This is a great place to stay.
The apartment of Mary and Lotfi was the first stop of our European trip. We could not have picked a better place to start. They are very special people that helped us with anything we needed. They also respected our privacy, but were there when we needed them. The apartment was sparkling clean and very well stocked for our visit. They were like old friends and we will always remember them. We highly recommend their apartment, you will not be disappointed. Mary and Lotfi will be missed by us.

I loved this spot and the garage. Extremely clean and comfortable and i very much appreciated the treats stocked in the kitchen - it helped me with breakfast and some lunch every day. Pictures are very accurate, good space for one or a couple. Having the very secure garage nearby was absolutely fantastic. Owners are very accommodating and so warm and friendly, I was very appreciative they were able to help me check out very early when I left.
When I come back to Brussels, there is no question I'm staying here again.

Wonderful Hosts and an Excellent Location
Mary and Lofti went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and right at home. Their attention to detail for everyday necessities was incredible. The apartment is perfectly situated. It's easy to walk to places to eat and tourist attractions. If you want to go farther out to the Atomium, it's just a quick bus ride away. We only stayed for three days, but wish we could have stayed longer. I strongly recommend you stay here on your trip to Brussels!
