About this apartment rental

Spacious 2 bedroom duplex on the ground floor of a charming house, typically Brussels with a garden on the street side and a small private garden at the back of the house. The house is located very close to the European Parliament and the Museum of Natural Sciences.
The apartment has just been completely renovated and comfortably furnished.
It is located 200 meters from the 'trendy' square in Luxembourg and 300 meters from the Place Jourdan where there are many activities and restaurants, supermarkets and small local shops open at night. Very important communications node.
Possibility of adding an additional bedroom in the basement (typically Brussels), just adjacent to the apartment and where can comfortably accommodate 2 additional people, with cable TV, separate individual WC and double bed.

The additional room is optional (30 € / night) but compulsory for groups of more than 7 people. Payable in cash upon arrival.

The price decreases according to the duration of the accommodation and the price is planned for 2 people, supplement of 15 € / night per additional person.
It can perfectly suit a group of friends, large families (possibilities to accommodate 8 to 9 people) wishing to meet for exceptional events or to visit Belgium, a group working with the nearby European institutions.
Also ideal for expatriate families (special prices on request) looking for long-term accommodation for installation. We could also gladly help you in this process given our knowledge of Brussels).
Arrival possible after 10 p.m. but supplement of 30 Euros.
We have two parking spaces 180 meters from the house that we rent each with an additional € 10/24 hours if necessary.
Dogs and cats welcome (30 € extra).

Excellently equipped accommodation in a quiet residential area. Good connections to public transport. Parking facilities for a reasonable price. Invites as a base to explore Brussels or a staycation. Friendly hostess. This address is worth repeating.

The property is just as listing. Quiet and has all the amenities. We were able to walk everywhere. We loved the location as it is very close to a grocery store and restaurants, plus the walk to the train station is only 20-30 minutes.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights and had a fantastic stay. The apartment was great and due to it being so close to the train station, we were also able to explore Brussels and Ghent. Lots of bars and restaurants close by too. We would stay again.

This home was fabulous! Seriously, the whole stay from check-in to check-out was perfect. Clean, spacious, great location, laundry and the patio was wonderful with walkable shopping and restaurants. Grand Place was a short Uber away. Would 100% recommend!

I had booked this a year in advance and asked about securing the third room for our party (mostly for the second bathroom). I was unclear about the layout and asked about that as well. After a year of periodic messaging and not receiving any response, I finally confirmed the third room right before our arrival. After all of that, the third room was locked upon our arrival therefore necessitating the use of the sofa bed (which there were no linens), and we did not have access to the extra bathroom. This was resolved by the next day. The layout should be clarified. This is a shared space. There are several floors with several rooms. This space is located inside the front door, and on that level, there is a quaint living room, nice kitchen, bedroom, and great outdoor space. From there, down a winding staircase, is a bedroom and bath / shower. The third room is through the front door and up the stairs. This room includes a bedroom / toilet room. It is a separate space. The washer and dryer are in the basement, which appeared to be a shared space. The dryer was stuffed with damp towels and there were piles of linens, that I was not sure if they were clean or not, when I was trying to locate linens for the sofa bed. I really liked the location, and overall, the apartment was nice. I did not feel that the communication was good and feel that the listing should be clearer in explaining the layout, especially if there are mobility issues for guests or families with young children.

The house is beautiful, spacious, airy and with high ceilings. Well equipped kitchen. Pleasant internal garden. There is the possibility of parking in the owner's garage. The location is next to the European Parliament. It is possible to walk to the historic center on foot, even though it is a bit far. The route is beautiful and interesting. The owner is attentive and helpful, and communication is quick and efficient. I highly recommend this rental!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this accommodations in Brussels. The home was very close to the parliament building and within walking distance of the palace. There were many restaurants and supermarkets also within walking distance. The home was well equipped to be able to make some dinners at home. Our host was very kind and helpful and she communicated with us throughout the process. We would highly recommend this home to anyone.

A lovely well equipped home from home, a very nice outdoor space in the back garden, around the corner from the EU headquarters and Luxembourg Sq where there are several restaurants also stop # 17 on the hop on hop off bus. would be happy to stay here again
