Amazing

Lawrence was super lovely. Very informative, kind, friendly, helpful. The place was clean and tidy. Loved the entrance area in the house. The view from my bedroom was stunning. Half hour walk to the lytham windmil (lytham festival at the time) close to train station and a pub around the corner. 2 min walk. Overview of fairhaven lake. Loved the continental breakfast. Had fresh berries. Absolutely loved my stay. Highly recommend. I will be happy to come back again.

A short but very pleasant stay at the White House.

The bed was very comfortable, there was tea, coffee and biscuits by the kettle. I didn't try the drinks because it was such a short stay and I met with family at a local pub in the evening and had a good cooked breakfast in the morning before an early start. The biscuits were very nice. Lawrence was very helpful and kept in touch by text before I arrived.

It found it hard to get the shower to a comfortable temperature, I managed to get it to not burning! I was not very patient however as I wanted to get ready, if I had persisted a little more, I'm sure it would have been fine.

Beautiful old house!

The house had quite a lot of history about it with it's wooden panels inside with lovely views over the lake! Lawrence was attentive throughout,but not intrusive and nothing was too much trouble. Easy to walk or catch a bus to the centre of Lytham. Would definitely stay again !

the room was huge with high ceilings and very clean considering it was an older property. Lawrence's hospitality was phenomenal. anything we needed, he catered to. he was so personable and friendly. the breakfast and the full english was gorgeous. thank you lawrence-

Relax in Period Style

A beautiful period property overlooking picturesque Fairhaven Lake. Exceptional customer service given by the owner, Lawrence who cooked the best breakfast ever! I will definitely be booking The White House again.

It was what I needed and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend.

The room was lovely overlooking Fairhaven with great access to the seafront. Lawrence and his Mum were the perfect hosts, friendly, hospitable and couldn't do enough to ensure my stay was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and to return. The breakfast was also superb, freshly cooked and I couldn't have done it better myself :) Me and my dogs had a lovely stay.

lovely, friendly and an ideal location :)

We had a lovely stay at The white house. Lawrence and his mum went above and beyond. They made our stay that little bit more exceptional. The continetal breakfast we had was lovely. All in all a huge 10 out of 10 :)

Wonderful stay

Very friendly host. Beautiful house with lots of character. Comfortable, warm room with an excellent tea tray and sea view. Delicious variety continental breakfast that included croissants, toast, spreads, fresh fruit, yoghurts, cerial, and juice. Lots of free on street parking.

I will definitely be visiting the White House again.

I only had the continental breakfast, the choice was good, it was quite ample for me, I had a little accident, Lawrence couldn’t have been more attentive, he was wonderful.

A Hidden Gem

Dog friendly, excellent plentiful cooked breakfast. Location, between Lytham and Lytham St Annes, with Fair Haven lake directly across the road. This gave good dog walking opportunities! A comfortable, clean room, particularly liked the full range of TV channels including premium streaming channels.

Coastal comfort in Lytham St Anne's.

The White House was located on a quiet street with a good coastal view and easy parking. My host was very friendly and the room was comfortable with a soft bed. My cooked breakfast was excellent with plenty of toast, cereals and yoghurts available.

I have no quibbles with The White House.
