Great staff.. accommodating for my son's birthday with extended family welcomed. Food was good and up to American standards. Very quiet and relaxing place to stay.
No wifi and weak cell phone service with local sim card. The beach is rocky and not that great for relaxing, but it is a dive resort and not a beach resort. There were a lot of flies and mosquitoes ready to attack you.

Breakfast was good and not too heavy. Diving was excellent. Deluxe rooms very comfortable and better value then the standard rooms. We upgraded
Confusing happy hour offer for only one drink on the menu. Usually it's all alcoholic drinks. The bill is only checked if you ask.

A lovely spacious room, with a safety box, ensuite and right near the beach.
Huge bed, with a fan and aircon.
The shower was a bit hit and miss, with a lack of water. Ants!

Loved it! First, the entire staff was exceptional…professional, helpful & so kind. They did everything possible to ensure the we had a great stay! Appreciated our very clean room!
Loved our oceanfront bungalow & hearing the ocean as we fell asleep. Restaurant service was great & thr homemade bread was delicious Chef! And coffee, tea & lemonade avail to us all day was a treat. Loved having 2 pools, the grounds were beautiful & well maintained! And the dive staff was fantastic too! We loved our dive & snorkel trips & felt very well cared for. Thanks you all soooo very much!
It was great having a front porch to sit on but it was uncomfortable leaving up against the windows. Comfy chairs and a small table would be great when budget allows. Also the lounge chairs on the beachfront need to be replaced. Not comfy & not in great shape.
Also some additional breakfast choices for the comp breakfast like granola, yogurt & bananas would be great. Otherwise, so appreciate the vision & hard work that the owners & staff have put into the resort. thank you!!

There are many places to chill around the property, so even if the weather is not good you can stay there.
The room/cottage was very small, there was only bed and a table, no other durniture to put your things.
The attitude of the guys who run the diving shop was not ok. We discussed and agreed on a diving plan for Apo island, but on the evening before our trip we realized that the size of the group will be much bigger as we agreed and thus all individual needs and wishes that we discussed about will not be taken into account. So we decided to cancel the dive and do the self-organized snorkling trip to Apo island instead. That was perfect and is higly recommended!

All the staff are friendly, warm and hospitable.
Food prices are high, serving quantity very small like the longganisa, no intercom for guest's assistance, ac not working properly. Eco environment not being taken good care of-plenty of garbage in the shoreline.
4.5
Nice place to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Not many options for breakfast menu. Complimentary breakfast cannot be traded with other food on the menu even if willing to offer the price difference.

The water is sulfur! Has a creepy painting. And free breakfast is only 2 eggs, rice/bread, and coffee.

Great staff, even comparing to the usual friendly Philippine experience. They went out of their way to ensure a memorable stay. Tim and Zoe, the friendly owners, gave the resort a family feel. Although the resort cat did not like me too much, he sure loved my wife! With the exception of the Lechon Kawali which was overcooked, the food was much better than average. Nice setting for the bar and dining area, two pools, one which has sea water. Our cottage was very nice, right on the beach front. The stormy weather contributed to the relaxed atmosphere but did not make for great diving experiences, particularly due to the recent typhoon Odette that devastated parts of Dauin and Negros. But our two dive masters were easily the best we've had anywhere. They more than made up for the not so great diving conditions. Can't say enough good things about them!
Conservation is important at Liquid... The use of plastics is discouraged and in a country that contributes a disproportionately high amount of plastic to the oceans, the resort uses comparatively very little plastic. An awareness of the environment is evident all around the resort.
Nothing major. Wifi only really worked in the dining area; it would be nice to have wifi in the cottages. But it was peaceful to sit in the dining area by myself at 4 am when I had to communicate with my office in the USA. The resort had just recently reopened after typhoon Odette and in the midst of covid lockdowns so there were minor maintenance issues that could have been improved. None of these were a deal breaker though and I don't doubt they will be addressed. Liquid is firmly on our "must return many times" list.

Good, helpful qnd attentice staff.
Would have been better to have a pitcher of water in the room, with glasses.

Nice place.
Close to the beach.
Quiet.
My friends got into an argument with the manager regarding the room's extra beds. Manager didnt handle it well.
Food is expensive and doesnt match the price.

Fantastic staff! Great pools. Good breakfast (ate out for other meals).
Room was clean and modern with good facilities.
Stayed in the deluxe “sea view” cottage and whilst the cottage was excellent wether it is a sea view is probably open to interpretation. Yes, you can see the see but only through several large bushes. Minor issue with shower but quickly resolved by staff.
