Guests will have access to the house and pier. There are owners closets that are locked and not accessible to guests. Our house is clearly marked from the road and has ample parking for several cars and a boat trailer. You will be given a unique code to access the front door through a keypad.
For those traveling with a boat, you may use the boat ramp conveniently located next door to the home to put in/take out your boat. Please request the code from your host.

We will respond promptly to any messages through the app. We have a maintenance and cleaning crew that live nearby and are available should a need arise that requires prompt attention.

This home is located in the North East quadrant of Lake Gaston in the Pine Ridge Park Subdivision off of River Road in Henrico, NC. The neighborhood has a private boat ramp guests will be able to use during their stay. We are just a few minutes away from Washburn's Marina and our favorite Jenny Cakes on the Lake (YUM!!!) and about 10 minutes from Eaton's Ferry Marina and Food Lion.

All linens are provided including sheets, comforters, duvet covers, and pillows. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest along with 1 hand towel per bathroom. Please provide your own beach towels for use outdoors. We will start you off with a two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap, garbage bags and other household necessities. We do not provide toiletries. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, cups, wine glasses, serving platters, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, air fryer, toaster, pots & pans and much more. We also have a Keurig as well as a drip coffee maker (bowl filters), plenty of mugs and a few K-cups to get you started.
Prior to booking, renter certifies they have read the following house rules and agrees to follow them in their entirety. Renter acknowledges that violating house rules can result in immediate eviction without refund and with potential fines.

Renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve this home. Government issued photo ID will be required to book instantly. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult 25 years of age or older and the house must be registered to the adult 25 or older.

CANCELLATION POLICY. Guests should be aware of the cancellation policy outlined in their booking confirmation. Canceling the reservation may result in the forfeiture of certain fees, including credit card processing fees. It is important to note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable at any time and will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation, regardless of the reason or timing of the cancellation.

No more than 16 total occupants regardless of age are allowed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in fines and eviction without refund.

Parties and loud noises are prohibited. This is a quiet neighborhood with many full-time residents. Any noise complaints can result in eviction without refund.

Pets and Emotional Support Animals are prohibited and violations of this rule can result in fines and eviction without refund.

Please park on driveways only. Do not park on the grass or pine straw.

Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.

Please do not use the gas fireplace located in the main level living room.

Bath towels and bed linens must remain inside the home.

The owners have some designated spaces that remain locked. Tampering with these spaces without owner or host permission is prohibited.

Check out requirements:
- Please place dirty towels in the shower/tub. You may leave the bedding on the beds.
- Remove all food items.
- Please deposit bagged trash in the outdoor trash receptacles located at the driveway entrance. If the trash receptacles have been moved closer to the house, please wheel them up to the driveway entrance upon your departure.
- Please load dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn on prior to leaving.
- Close and lock all doors and windows.
- Please dry and return kayaks, SUP's, paddles and life jackets to the boat house.
- Please put dry outdoor furniture cushions inside the white storage bins. If the cushions are wet, please prop against the house on the lower patio.
