Perfect for group stay in Ioannina

The apartment was spacious, perfect for two couples. the beds and sofas were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with a bathtub (should you need to), there was a kitchen and a beautiful dining area. great views over the lake and 5m drive from the centre of Ioannina

I would appreciate if there was a bottle of water in the fridge upon welcome, and disposable tea or coffee sachets. we wanted to make some tea before going to bed and there was not any :(

Nice quiet town and nice views of lake

Nice view of the lake and the city of Ioannina. This apartment is located in a quiet town across the lake from Ioannina, so you can easy access the large supermarkets in the city but yet avoid the noise and traffic in the city. I stayed here to go on day trips to Vikos Gorge, Perama Cave, and the surrounding areas. There is a restaurant below the apartment that seems to be nice, but unfortunately I did not try it because I already had frozen food with me and my next accommodation after this one did not come with a freezer, so I had to consume all my food before I left this apartment.

Very good stay, good value for money

Very good acc, big rooms with kitchen facilities, basic but very clean, good beds,room serviced everyday. Host was very helpful, breakfast and dinner was also available which was very convenient and goid value. Very quite (we stayed off season)

This property is outside the city centre, you would need a car really so just remember that if booking

It is not in the main town but not too big a problem if you drive.

Beautiful house. Nice view over the lake. The Appartment was big enough with all the equipment we needed. Beautiful mountains Mystical place

Think this area is more a stay for winter time.

Great if you like a quiet peaceful place with access to lake walks and great views.

Friendly and accommodating spacious and clean studio with cooking facilities huge balcony with lake view. Excellent restaurant with friendly service and great food. Convenient parking.

A nice stopover place but you really need your own car to get there.

The self catering kitchen was good and we appreciated the reading lights.

The shower curtain wasn't great and there didn't seem to be a bus route from Ioannina so not suitable if you haven't got a car

Great quite location out from town, very comfortable, well appointed apartment

This property in located in small village across the lake from Ioannina, with lovely views from balconies. The check in process was easy, the apartment, was huge, very clean, very well appointed and comfortable.

Got a good workout lugging cases up drive and stairs.

Excellent, even though the weather was not great, the apartment was well equipped for a night in.

The view was amazing, also the apartment overall was really spacious. There was a good separation between the sleeping rooms and the living area. Kitchen was well equipped.

The staff were very helpful, the room was clean & the meals were excellent

Superb

It is so clean everywhere, you can eat from the floor! Bed is good, there is a kitchen, wi'fi and English TV programmes. It is very comfortable and amazing value for your money!

Good starting point for exploring Nagori villages and Ioannina.

The friendly host is a trained cook with master certificate (at the bar, right on the wall). From the room to the restaurant overlooking Ioannina it is 25m. The meal was excellent.

Spacious room, clean, friendly staff, 10 minutes drive by car from city center.

It didn’t have drying rack for the wet clothes.
