Whether you want to explore the natural wonders of Hervey Bay or relax with a book under the palm trees on your private patio, you’ll enjoy the comfort of this well-appointed stay, ideally situated a 5-minute stroll from the beach and Esplanade lined with restaurants and cafes. Come home to fire up the BBQ, keep cosy around the fire pit, or settle in with a movie in one of two lounge areas, while making use of modern conveniences including air-conditioning, a study nook and in-unit laundry.
Guests are greeted downstairs by an open-plan family room and a kitchenette, opening out to a large and well-furnished paved patio area, where guests can fire up the BBQ, dine around the large table setting, and socialise around the fire pit. At the other end of the house, a pet-friendly grassy backyard offers ample space to play, relax and soak up the sunshine.
Upstairs, you'll find the light-filled living, dining and kitchen area. Enjoy casual dining at the breakfast bar or around the table, with split system air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout keeping guests comfortable year-round. Eat meals alfresco on the balcony which extends the width of the home and offers two table settings to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. The upstairs living area includes cosy sofas and a second TV to ensure everyone has space to unwind, with leafy views overlooking the balcony and palm trees.
The master bedroom and second bedroom, both located upstairs, feature queen-size beds, while the third and fourth bedrooms are downstairs and offer a queen-size bed and two single beds respectively. Both the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms are neatly presented with a shower and vanity plus all the essentials, while the upstairs bathroom also includes a bathtub where guests can enjoy a leisurely soak.
Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace, laundry facilities including a washing machine, and parking spaces fitting a boat or caravan or up to four cars.
