Surrounded by bushland on two boundaries with sweeping National Parkland vistas forming its dreamy backdrop, the enchanting 'Kanangra' provides a haven of luxury and privacy with spectacular entertaining venues. Placed on just over 5 acres of rolling lawns and exquisitely landscaped Australian native gardens requiring minimal care, it features a substantial executive residence plus two separate guest cottages, floodlit North/South championship-size tennis court and pool plus six paddocks and modern stable facility. Nestled at the end of an exclusive cul-de-sac, it is only minutes to schools and village shops, 15 minutes to beaches and 35 minutes from the city.
The main residence features a grand formal living area with high vaulted ceilings warmed by a cosy open fireplace, banquet-sized formal dining room with views plus a spectacular family entertainment room with soaring vaulted ceilings and a floor-to-ceiling glass wall that drinks in sweeping bushland vistas with not a house in sight.
The dining and family room flow to a magnificent covered entertainers' pavilion and expansive decks that house an in-ground and recessed Jacuzzi.
Complete with a butler's pantry, the deluxe kitchen is furnished with granite benchtops and quality European appliances.
The accommodation consists of six spacious bedrooms four with ensuites and walk in robes ,two with built-ins including a palatial master suite with walk-in robe and Travertine tiled ensuite. Each of the bathrooms are finished in stylish contemporary themes and there is a separate powder room for guests.
