To your left is the first bedroom, which consists of a queen bed, two bedside tables with lamps and a large built in robe. Bordering the first bedroom is the main bathroom which entails a walk in shower, toilet, vanity and large mirror, all dressed in bright white tiles.
Walking up the hallway, with access to the single garage on the right, you enter the open living, dining and kitchen area fit with a well equipped ‘chefs kitchen’. Starting with the lounge which comprises of a lush 3-seater red leather couch which looks onto the large smart TV, with Free Wifi Available so you can log into all chosen subscription sites such as Netflix and Stan. Off to the right is the expansive kitchen which has no shortage of bench space, fully equipped with all the utensils, crockery, cookware and appliances you need to cook up a storm. Including an electric stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and fridge that dispenses ice & water. The dining area hosts a 6-seater wooden dining table, adjacent to the kitchen which also hides a European laundry tucked behind double doors, which includes a washing machine, dryer and a few items to help tidy up. The open living and dining area are kept bright by the windows which lead out to the courtyard which hosts a 5-seater glass outdoor dining setting, clothesline and three Yucca’s to add in some greenery.
Walking through the lounge and up the stairs with architectural railing (gaps in wiring not suitable for young children as pictured) the home leads into the original 1929 build which boasts angled ceilings and interesting touches such as the hidden walk in robe and funky bathroom design.
Starting with the large master retreat which comprises of a queen bed, two bedside tables with lamps, walk in robe and a study nook. To the side of the bed, hosts the second bathroom which leans into the funky 1930’s vibe with a splash of purple and small sporadic cupboards. The second bathroom entails a shower over bath, vanity and toilet with a purple feature wall and white subway tiles. At the end of the open master there is the third bedroom tucked to the side, which consists of two standard single beds, a bedside table with a lamp and the third Air conditioner of the home, the kids hideaway looks over the Midland Hwy with block out blinds on each window.

Easy access & I really appreciated the double garage as we had 2 cars.
Great to have an information booklet, not everyone wants to QR code instructions!
Kitchen has fantastic facilities & everything one needs for cooking a full meal.
Excellent heating.
Location was fab, we walked back from Kardinia Park. Great to be near Packo with all it's shops, cafe's etc
If you're looking for comfortable funky accommodation in Geelong, this is it.
PS I was initially worried the pub over the road would be noisy but I did not hear a sound.
