About this house rental
Upon entering the front door, you can see the pool in the back of the home. Open and spacious with lots of natural light. The primary suite has a King size bed and a large, private, full-sized bathroom with a separate shower and tub. Sliding glass doors provide access to the lanai and heated pool and hot tub.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed that can comfortably sleep 2.
The front bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a full-sized bathroom located between the 2nd and front bedroom. The living room has a large screen TV and two sofas, all with views of the pool. The kitchen table seats six as well as 3 bar stools. A great table for dinner or playing games with friends or family. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to prepare meals and allows for views of the pool area while cooking. The private Lanai has umbrellas and comfortable patio furniture, as well as a grill. The heated pool is excellent for day lounging or a late-night swimming and do not forget the hot tub an excellent way to relax and unwind.
This house is not suitable for small children, all children must be seasoned swimmers.
Enjoy a day at one of the many gorgeous beaches Naples and Marco Island have to offer. A beach lovers dream with powdery white sand and clear blue-green water perfect for sunning and swimming. The Naples Pier is located at the West end of 12th Avenue South and offers spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Choose from a variety of restaurants on what is to be considered the heart of Naples, 5th Avenue South.
Golfers will be happy to know that this home is within minutes of two championship golf courses at Lely Resort. The Flamingo Island course was designed by Robert Trent Jones and features Sam Snead's Restaurant. So close to your vacation home you can walk or a quick drive. The Mustang course designed by Lee Trevino is over 7,100 yards long and has multiple tee boxes for golfer of all skill levels.
If pickleball if your game, you are within 10 minutes of East Naples Park, with rec play available nearly any hour of the day.
