We have a Minut noise sensor that helps monitor noise levels, especially during quiet hours from 10:00pm to 7:00am. 3. No Smoking Clause: "This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees $500 and potential eviction."
