4. Please inquire RE Bedroom Configuration as Owner is currently updating to comply with STR Permit requirements.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
6. This unit has A/C in all areas except the upstairs loft.
