-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-This home is not pet friendly
-Beach gear is provided (chairs and beach towels)
-Top floor is a loft. There are no doors between the second floor bedroom and staircase to the loft
-In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound). It is located in the main living area

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood with full-time, live-in neighbors, and is only suitable for quieter groups. This home is actively monitored by noise detection systems. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking. Additionally, the property is proudly registered with the city/town and complies with all necessary permits and tax regulations.

There's a two-car garage. There is also limited additional public street parking or island public parking lots, a 4-5 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
