About this house rental
The design-build team of Benecki Homes, Melanie Turner Interiors, Source, Lew Oliver, Inc. and Chase Green Built combined their talents for the amenity-filled, high-style showhome. The Gulfside 30A sanctuary is in the gated Santimo Beach development on Elysee Court, a 20-lot neighborhood nestled between the luxury communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on scenic 30A with a private beach. Easily walk or bike to upscale shopping and dining, or hire a private chef for the ultimate vacation experience.
The architecture is a fusion of classicism and modern influenced by Deco and Aegean styles. A clean, restrained aesthetic speaks to the simplicity of today’s beach living. The exterior elevates proportion and scale, evident in the windows, iron balconies and white stucco facade. A lookout tower serves as the exclamation point.
30A Showhouse Features
- High-end Everything! This is the best house on 30A according to Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles Magazine
- Beach service with 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas available for reservations March through October. Daily setup from 9-5 on first come, first serve basis. Additional rentals subject to availability. Please see attendant for setup.
- Gulf views from the rooftop outdoor lounge and perch
- 30-second walk to the private neighborhood beach. Only shared with 19 other homes.
- Incredible private pool off the 2nd floor main living area. Pool can be heated for an additional fee for reservations October – March
- The pool deck features cushioned lounge chairs and a bar window opening to the dining room wet bar. The window bar has seating for 4
- Santimo Beach is a gated neighborhood located between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, making It convenient to walk or bike to explore both neighborhoods with upscale dining and shopping options in minutes
- Complimentary Use of 6 Taxi Bikes, serviced regularly to keep them in top shape for your arrival
- Private elevator travels to floors 1 through 4. Adult use only. Please ask for details regarding mobility considerations for anyone in your group.
- 2nd Floor main living room with sliding door entrance to the pool deck
- 2nd Floor Gourmet Kitchen with professional grade appliances from Wolf and Subzero, including a full-size fridge and separate full-size freezer, two dishwashers, and wet bar
- Breakfast bar seating for 5
- 2nd Floor Dining room with seating for 12 at the custom banquet plus wet bar with beverage chiller drawer and views of the pool
- 2nd Floor TV room with Smart TV
- 4th Floor “Nest” with Smart TV, game table for 4, and wet bar with beverage chiller drawer and dishwasher
- 4th floor outdoor lounge with seating set around the fire pit and two-hole putting green. Clubs and golf balls provided.
- Incredible deluxe primary suite on the 3rd Floor with private TV room and private office (office no longer available starting January 1, 2025)
- Laundry rooms on the 1st and 3rd Floors
- Garage parking for 2 vehicles and driveway parking for 2 vehicles
- WIFI throughout the home
- Concierge services available including beach chair rentals, grocery delivery, baby equipment rentals, and private chef catering
- At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee

- 2nd Floor Guest Suite 1: Smart TV, sleeps 4 in two Queen beds, en suite bath with walk-in shower
