Come and stay at Pelican’s Perch and experience true paradise living in a luxury 2 bedrooms/Bonus Room, 4.0 bath Pool home located on North Captiva Island. Unobstructed views of the Gulf and only steps to the sandy beach. A four-person golf cart is included in the rental.

Enclosed Outdoor shower off the pool deck.
Gas Grill inside the Pool area with a variety of seating and a bar table with four stools
Bonus Room: Indoor living area off the pool with TV, Couch, small Bar, Ceiling fan, AC, and Half bath
FIRST FLOOR
Two Bedrooms suites with queen beds. Each Bedroom has a full bath with one as shower only and the other is a batch tub / Shower combo.
Laundry room with washer and dryer
Screened Porch off the bedrooms facing the gulf. Porch swing on the screened porch to rock away the day.
SECOND FLOOR
Walk upstairs to a bright, spacious living room, dining room and open kitchen with the view of the Gulf of Mexico. This open floor plan allows for 6 adults (8 including kids) to sleep, eat and play comfortably. The beautiful granite-top kitchen comes fully stocked for all of your cooking needs including pots, pans, cutlery, and tableware. The spacious deck with a fabulous Gulf view is right outside the living/Kitchen area provides ample seating to enjoy a direct view of the breathtaking sunset.
