Pilchard Cottage consists of oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, a dining room for four, and a sitting room with woodburning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed, rear courtyard with furniture and roadside parking on a first-come-first-served basis. Two small dogs or one large dog allowed. Within 0.4 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub, and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Please let the property owners know if you are celebrating a special occasion. the cottage is dog friendly, which includes tiled flooring from the front door to the back door, a warm water dog shower in the courtyard and further enclosure of the courtyard to prevent escapes. Please note the courtyard is small and has no grass. There are dog friendly beaches and woodland walks in the vicinity. The following items will also be provided; dog towels, shampoo, bowls and some welcome treats.

Town: A charming seaside town set on the southern coast. The town of Dawlish offers all of the facilities for day-to-day living including a pleasant variety of shops, restaurants and cafés and a small theatre. Dawlish is famous for its Black Swans that live with other wildfowl on the Dawlish Water that runs through the central town park down to the sea, at night in the summer it is beautifully lit by strings of coloured lights. Dawlish comes with a wonderful, sandy beach with a crazy golf course also nearby, it is the perfect place for a family holiday. Up the coast is Dawlish Warren that can be reached by car or train or, for those energetic types, a walk along the sea wall. Further afield, Dawlish mainline station offers access to Exeter, Exmouth, Torquay, Paignton or even Plymouth, trains are plentiful.
