About this house rental
Less than a 5-minute walk from the closest beach in Jolly Harbour, this 2-bedroom villa offers everything you need to enjoy the perfect vacation. There is a fully equipped kitchen fitted with all the necessary appliances to make a delicious home cooked meal. The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploration or a day at the beach, with comfortable seating for 4 and a flat screen smart TV. From the living room there is a spacious patio with a dinning table for 6 persons and a gas BBQ grill. For your comfort, there is a spacious master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and another bedroom with two twin beds. Enjoy the view while drinking your coffee or tea from the balcony just off of the master bedroom. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
Jolly Harbour is a gated community with two lovely beaches, several restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy, golf course, community swimming pool, tennis courts and more.
There are two types of taxes renters have to pay on each booking as mandated by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda. The 17% ABST is included in the rental rate but the Tourist Guest Levy of US$5.00 per person per night is due on arrival at the villa.
