This house is in a great location in Pagosa. We saw deer out of the living room window one morning which was fun. The house was clean when we arrived and we had plenty of room to spread out in the evenings after a day of "family time" (we have 3 teen sons so this was important for all of us ;) ). The wifi worked really well which was nice compared to other places we have stayed. Great experience!
