Welcome to Sherwood Pines, your home from home with free parking and Wifi. This is the perfect peaceful base for walkers, cyclists and enjoying the beautiful woodlands.
Close to Sherwood Pines Forest Park ‒ less than 2 miles from the main car park, 0.7 miles from the main path, a 10 minute drive from Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre and Go Ape and 15 minutes from Center Parcs!
With six beds and a large fenced garden this bright airy house is ideal for families and groups of friends.
Sherwood Pines is a great place to kick off your shoes and relax after a day’s adventures. It’s a comfortable home from home in a quiet location near all the Sherwood Forest attractions with free parking on the drive and on the street just outside.
The living room has a 55in 4K TV with a range of channels including Netflix, generous seating space for everyone and a dining area by the back window. There’s a fully-equipped kitchen and free Wifi and outside is a large gravel garden.
There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with a small double, the third with two single beds plus one pullout single and the living room seating converts into another double bed. In addition to the bathroom there’s a second toilet and sink.
You’ll find a few restaurants and takeaways nearby and the historic village of Edwinstowe with a range of popular restaurants, pubs and cafés is 10 mins’ drive. According to legend Robin Hood married Maid Marian here at St Mary’s Church!
Sherwood Pines Forest Park offers 3,000 acres of woodland with nature trails, bike trails, play areas and cycle hire ‒ 0.7 miles to the main path, main car park under 2 miles
Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre: see the Major Oak, try archery and take the Wild Challenge ‒ 10 min drive
Go Ape: treetop adventures with high ropes courses for children and adults and bouncy nets 30ft above the forest floor ‒ 10 min drive
