The staff were amazing, the premises were immaculate, and the location was very safe.

Unusual design. The only window in my room was in the actual shower and it opened up into the internal atrium!

Great place made exemplary by staff.

Great place, centrally located with wonderful, helpful staff. I really enjoyed the option for co-working space as well as the gym, which was top-notch....small but had everything I needed.

It was a bit expensive but I guess you get what you pay for. I also had some issues getting my credit card to work and it turned out it was their terminal which caused the issue but this was quickly resolved by using another.

Really enjoyed the property. All we could have asked for for our first stay in Mexico City.

Cozy area for breakfast and coffee in the morning. Clean. comfortable room. SAKS restaurant just a few steps away was amazing. Alll in all, great.

The rgiht choice in Polanco if you dont miss a big fancy Hotel Tower!

Location, Clean, It was what we paid for.

Lights in the room are not well positioned and the water from the shower only comes from the ceiling which is not the best for women.

Idyllic hideaway in center of Mexico City serving up exemplary service and exceptionally comfy beds

The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Truly service with a smile with lots of nice personal touches. The room was comfortable and clean and the food was excellent. The bonus was the location, very safe and walkable.

I wish the gym opened before 8am.

Incredible location! Seriously could not ask for a better location in Mexico City. Polanco is a beautiful neighborhood with Michelin worthy restaurants and bars within a stones throw. We loved exploring the area on foot and the easy access to the rest of Mexico City. The lobby and restaurant are both modern and clean. We only ate at the restaurant once but had a wonderful experience.

Our room (we stayed in an upgraded room with a balcony) was very small and very dark. The balcony had a see through metal grate floor over the parking garage so the "view" was of the driveway to the parking garage and the security guard. Therefore the only window we had was very exposed. The room itself was nice and clean but the lack of sunlight was a big negative for me. The mattress was also incredibly firm which is not our preference, so we woke up every morning with achy backs and necks.

fun tastefully done cool boutique hotel.

great location. good breakfast but they should start serving oatmeal.

the front desk didn’t really know the city well enough to recommend interesting day trips. I reserved a room w a balcony and my room didn’t have one. instead of admitting it the managers tried to tell me that in Mexico and only in Mexico a window is considered a balcony. in the end I got credited for back the difference so I’m happy.

Perfect from start to finish.

Our entire experience at The Wild Oscar was wonderful. All staff were polite and friendly, Carlos and Jesus on the front desk were very kind and happy to help at any point. The neighbourhood was extremely safe and quiet which was good for us. The room was spacious, very clean and beautifully appointed. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a boutique experience in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Would not look elsewhere on future visits to CDMX.

the room was not so big and the window view was an interior one, the staff that picked up the phone when we called was not very helpfull pls they tricked us with a really bad exchanged rate :(

Quiet small hotel in a great location if you din’t need any staff support or engagement.

the location was great. the property is small and well decorated. clean and easy to walk all around Polanco. felt safe.

there was no information given at check in about breakfast or the roof top or amenities (we saw bikes out front but no idea about using for example) of the hotel. the front desk was often empty. we had to ask for extra toilet paper snd come down a second time after being away all day to get it, as was not brought up. (we are fluent in Spanish, so was not a language issue)

loved location. great decor and detail. staff great. restaurant good but a bit pricey.

rooms too small for anything over a business trip. no place for a couple to hang out. loved decor.

the staff was absolutely fantastic. the desk manager accommodated all requests for dinner reservations and tour guides.

excellent service, perfect location

rooms a little dark. but maybe it was our room in particular.
