You have access to the whole 3 bedroom house with a private garden, you do not share any area.

- 3 bedrooms: 1 Super king bed & 2 double beds, the main bedroom has a walk in wardrobe, desk & en-suite and bedroom 3 has a desk
- Hotel quality linen is provided with both bath and hand towels for each guest, bath mats and toiletries
- Main bathroom with bath and shower and each bedroom has its own wardrobe with shelves and hanging space
- A spacious kitchen with plenty of room to cook, and a washer/dryer, dishwasher & plenty of storage space.

- ARU: 5 minutes cycle, 6 minutes by car or 15 minutes walk
- Kings College: 7 minute cycle, 12 minutes by car or 20 minutes walk
- Fitzwilliam museum: 8 min cycle

- Tescos Superstore: 13 min walk and a 3 min walk to a local Londis supermarket
- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind-
Mid-stay cleaning/linen can be organized on request for an additional charge and will be required for longer stays of up to 30 days.
- We provide toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing tablets, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there is a mini supermarket and Tesco Superstore within walking distance
