YOU WILL OBTAIN YOUR WRISTBANDS AT SHADY GATORS - ASK FOR JG. HE CAN ALSO RESERVE YOUR CABANA, AND/OR RESERVE YOUR DINNER TABLE. HE WILL NOT GIVE OUT MORE WRIST BANDS THAN THE MAXIMUM OCCUANCY OF THE HOUSE.
REMEMBER YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION OF THE HOUSE. IF YOU INVITE OTHER PEOPLE INTO THE HOUSE, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE, IF THEY CAUSE DAMAGE.THE DAMAGE YOU WILL SEE ON SOME OF THE HOUSES HAS ALREADY BEEN LOGGED. IT IS SCHEDULED TO BE REPAIRED.

BRING COOLERS FOR YOUR BEER AND WATER AS IT WILL TAKE AN EMPTY REFRIGERATOR 12-18 HOURS TO COOL YOUR BEVERAGES. THE FRIDGE IS NOT TURNED OFF, IT JUST TAKES A WHILE TO COOL ITEMS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU STOCK IT FULL.
MISSOURI HAS HIGH HUMIDITY. IF YOU LEAVE A SLIDING DOOR OR WINDOW OPEN, THE AIR CONDITIONER WILL FREEZE UP, AND THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO EXCEPT TURN IT OFF FOR 24 HOURS TO THAW.
ALL OF OUR HOUSES ARE ON SEPTIC SYSTEMS. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN TOILETS EXCEPT TOILET PAPER AND BODILY FLUIDS.

CHECK OUT POLICY IS STRICTLY AT 11:00am (Central Standard Time): IF YOU'RE NOT CHECKED OUT BY 11:30AM, A $100 FEE MAY BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR DEPOSIT. AN EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECK OUT IS AVAILABLE FOR A NOMINAL FEE.
