Spent a lovely week with my husband, my father, and my 11 month old. This pet friendly property has a wonderful back deck that gets amazing sun during afternoon nap time.

The home was absolutely perfect. Met our needs in all ways. Delighted with our stay! Hope to return next summer.

House was nice but with a 5 foot sea wall there was no view of the ocean from the 1st floor of the house which was very disappointing for a 4 thousand plus dollar less than a week stay. No TP and no trash bags when we arrived so we had to shop from the minute we got there. 4 lanes of traffic meant we would smell diesel exhaust in the house and the loud racket from almost constant motorcycles was not conducive of the vacation vibe we wanted. House and amenities were very nice but the main thing we wanted - ocean view was only possible by being in one of the bedrooms upstairs, so not what we expected and rendered the front porch of zero interest / use for our purposes.

Spent 1 1/2 weeks there. The house was beautiful and immaculate. Traffic was a bit heavy and noisy but it was just before the 4th of July. Directly across the street from the beach - fell asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the beach and rocks - lovely! Had a few hiccups but they were worked out. Wonderful vacation.

We really loved our stay! Within 2 minutes of entering the home my husband claimed he wished it was ours! My mother in law was regularly checking furniture to find out the brand because she loved it so much! The property management company was amazing! Very responsive and so helpful. We arrived to find the coffee pot cracked our first morning and they promptly replaced it! The towels are so luxurious. Very child friendly with gates on front AND back porch, kid friendly plates, and a bathtub on the main floor. Although keep in mind dining room seats are VERY deep in relation to height of dining room table and our small children struggled to reach, but just a note for other parents! We walked to Hampton beach almost daily and it was a smooth, enjoyable walk always without being in the hustle and bustle.

We really enjoyed staying here! A beautiful comfortable house with luxurious linens. Love hearing the ocean from the front porch and when that got too windy, we moved to the back porch and lounged in the chairs there.
Good locations for long relaxing walks!
Be sure to put the GPS address in your phone as the driveway access is a little tricky.
