THE SPACE:

From the moment you arrive, you will immediately be swept up by the remarkable sense of style and numerous amenities throughout this exquisite vacation rental property. With a combination of beautiful indoor living and incredible outdoor recreational spaces, each area has been professionally designed and sourced to create a sumptuous, yet relaxed ambiance.

Starting outside in the backyard you’ll find an exceptional private retreat. On almost a half-acre of land, there’s plenty of seclusion and room to play for adults, kids, and 4-legged friends. A heated pool, spa, firepit, and sweeping views summon you, making your stay enjoyable during any season. There’s at least a full day (and more likely multiple days) of activities to be enjoyed here.

Catch some rays on any of our lounge chairs, perfect your cannonball technique in the enormous 9 ft deep pool, or sip margaritas with friends for happy hour at the outdoor kitchen island. Parents will be heroes when the kids find the playground and outdoor gaming area! Warm up on cold nights by the fire pit and enjoy al fresco meals around the outdoor dining table. At night, the light show begins with soothing, color-changing LED lights illuminating the pool and backyard. Finish the evening with s’mores by the fire or a nightcap and stargazing in the relaxing spa.

Look indoors to find several inviting social areas that feel just like home. Whether you're lounging on the comfy leather sofa by the fireplace or playing a game of billiards in the game room, it's so easy to relax here. When it’s time to refuel, head to the kitchen and 2 dining areas. With a top-of-the-line six-burner commercial gas stovetop, convection oven, microwave, and ample counter space, preparing meals for your group is a breeze. Pull up a stool at the kitchen peninsula for a chat over a glass of wine and don't forget the personal coffee/tea station stocked with a Keurig and kettle. Whether you're making a quick breakfast or hosting a dinner party, you'll find everything you need and more!

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests can take full advantage of all the amenities our property has to offer. From the spacious 2-car garage and oversized driveway to the pool, exceptional outdoor living areas, converted shed with a twin daybed, and convenient laundry room, everything is at your disposal for your complete enjoyment.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

-We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

-The home has central HVAC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

-Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

-The pool/spa can be heated for an extra fee, based on fluctuating SDGE gas prices. Please inquire about pricing prior to booking.

-A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval from host.

-There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 12 guests.

-Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.
CHECK-IN: We provide convenient self-check in! Please see the check-in instructions for the codes to enter.

PARKING: Convenient parking is provided, including space for two (2) cars in the garage, four (4) in the driveway, and additional room for RVs. Please let us know if you need to utilize the RV parking space. Street parking is also available. Try not to park in front of neighboring homes or in other driveways and avoid overflow parking in the street unless absolutely necessary.

POOL MAINTENANCE: The pool technician is scheduled for weekly cleaning on Wednesday. If you have a pet, please make sure they're safely tucked inside.

POOL SYSTEM: The pool is remotely operated by us. If you are experiencing any issues with the pool, please reach out.

POOL HEATING: If you have paid for pool heating, it will be heated to 82 degrees or spa heating will be heated to 104 degrees. There is a small round remote located next to the pool/spa. This remote controls the spa jets and the light. The spa will not start heating until you turn on the spa jets. Remember that pool and spa heating need to be activated remotely by the host. The spa will turn off automatically after one hour, but please turn off the spa when not in use by pressing the “spa” or “jets” button again. Make sure to wait at least two minutes after pressing buttons on the remote for the spa system to respond. Please do not tamper with pool equipment. Let us know if propane tanks are empty. There should always be one extra in the garage!

POOL TOYS: Pool toys and inflatables can be found in the backyard inside the storage bin. Please deflate anything that you inflate prior to checking out and return to the bin. If any inflatables require repair, place them in the garage.

POOL LIGHT: The pool light switch is located on the fence next to the spa on a small round remote. This is also where the button that controls the spa is located.

SPA: Pool and Spa heat need to be activated remotely by the host. To turn on the spa, press the "spa" and “jets” button on the remote. Once you press the button, there will be a slight delay. The jets and heating will then start. The spa will turn off automatically after one hour, but please turn off when not in use by pressing the “spa” or “jets” button again.

GRILL + FIRE PIT:: There is a natural gas grill and fire pit in the backyard for your use. Please remember to turn the gas off when not in use.

TRASH/RECYCLING: Trash and recycling bins are located in the driveway. Prior to checking out, please ensure all trash and recycling have been disposed of properly. Trash and recycling pickup occurs every Wednesday and someone will take the bins to the curb the night before. Please break down any boxes before placing them in the bins.

LAWN CARE: The landscaper will be scheduled for weekly maintenance on Wednesday, weather permitting. If you have a pet, please make sure they're safely tucked inside.
EXTRA LINENS: Additional linens can be found in the bedroom closets or in the laundry room cabinets. If you notice any damage or require more linens, please let us know.

ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES: Extra towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies can be found in the bathroom cabinets and closets. If we are running low on any supplies, please let us know.

OTHER ITEMS TO NOTE:
~ There are board games and a gaming console in the living room for your enjoyment.
~ There is a ping pong table outside in the backyard, and other outdoor games.
~ Please keep doors closed to avoid bugs getting in.
~ There is a washer/dryer available for your use in the laundry room. Please do not overload the washer.
~ All of the outside lights are either on a smart timer which we can control through an app or solar-powered and turn on when it gets dark. Please let us know if they don’t turn on or if you would like us to turn them off.
