Room and bathroom were spacious. The staff were nice and the rooms were cleaned daily. A 7-eleven is found beside the building.

It's an old hotel and it smells like it.

Location

Breakfast. Had 1, skipped the rest. Came in for coffee, but found none. Told that they didn’t have today.

Disappointing

Bed was comfy enough and the shower had fine pressure. Staff were helpful.

Smelled bad, not clean, facilities were falling apart. The curtains were being held together by paper clips and had cigarette burns in them. Had to switch to a new room because the toilet wasn't working and didn't get any support in moving to the new room. The pictures made it seem nicer than it was in person. No heat so it was freezing at night.

Hotel is a little old but it's clean so that makes up for it.

Superb

It is excellent location, close to main train station, taipei city mall. Very friendly and helpful host. The cons is only limited power plug. Overall I love it and love to come back.

good location, not to stay in the room that facing the road.

on the first night, our room was not so good. there was a gap between window and wall, hence there was noise from the road.

the pre authorisation payment which was taken 3 days before arrival which is the whole amount of our stay however the option which was provided when I booked the property was pay at the property. also there was a double up of payment due to this system.

Please, repair and clean your room now

Location : Best - near food shop, drink shop, mart, bank and Taipei main station. Staff : very friendly. System: I can leave my bag before checked in my room. Room : Large, big bed.

I cannot control the air conditioner. I still control the fan level. The room was super cooler than outside. When I put my meal in the fridge, it turned to ICE Meal in 3 hours. The fridge doesn't have a freeze shelf. The light was controlled by 1 controller (air conditioner too), so I couldn't switch off 1 light. I had to switch off all lights because other switches couldn't work. The hotel sticks to the note how to contact their staff (it told me that you couldn't ask any questions to the staff at the lobby. You should only contact that line.) The hotel line couldn't contact anyone and I never got any answer for my question. finally. I got the red spots around my legs. I was allergic to something.

Location, Many restaurants and convenient stores around

old property and definitely need to refurbish.

staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Location was pretty close to a lot of important things.

room was smaller than the picture and also kind of old. there were small stains on the walls

Pleasant

Convenient location, short walk to the station. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was old and outdated. The only plug sockets were the other side of the room from the bed, or for some reason on the ceiling.

Disappointing

It was new years and it was the least expensive available Hotel in Taipei so no minus points for the price. Also the personel was friendly.

There was trash on the windowshelf in the bathroom. The room in general looked not well cleaned. The avaiable lights were very bright without a suitable reading light.
