• 1 utility room next to the kitchen area

• 8 seater table which can be used as workspace
• Breakfast bar with seating for 3 people
• U shaped sofa
• First floor balcony
• Front patio on the ground floor with outdoor dining table and chairs

• 1 parking space for a normal sized car

Stays during Henley Regatta are non refundable
Please note, a refundable cautionary damage deposit will need to be paid before your stay starts. If you have booked via Airbnb, you will not be asked to pay a damage deposit.
