The home is spread over 2 levels, with an abundance of space, it's ideal for multiple families to get together. Enjoy the indoor heated pool all year round, pool table and toasty wood fired heater. Wander around the garden paths & explore, hang upside down on the monkey bars, read a book quietly in the pergola or play a game with your family/grandchildren.

- large, undercover alfresco dining and living space with dining table, lounge seating, BBQ, ceiling fans and clear blinds across two sides, providing another fabulous living space for all to enjoy.
- fully enclosed pool house with in ground, heated pool for year round use for all the family. Some pool/beach towels and pool toys provided
- second living area and games room with pool table, 65 inch TV, Foxtel Premium, Netflix, unlimited Wifi, and loads of games and puzzles and books this space has it all.
- upper-level wrap around deck, you can catch glimpses of the sea through the trees. Perfect place to read the newspaper or a book in the morning sunshine with your coffee.

- fully fenced, electronic gates & undercover carport parking for four cars plus extra parking on site.
With so many liveable spaces both inside and out to explore, once you arrive you may never want to leave.
Guests have access to everything available at the home - however the garage is locked
Set in a quiet court, just 10 minutes walk to Sunnymead Beach, it's leafy & peaceful.
Pets welcome by prior arrangement only. Restrictions apply - please note owners do have dogs in case guests may have pet allergies.
IMPORTANT: We are in a quiet residential area and have very strict quiet hours and pool hours rules (9am till 8pm). Any noise during quiet hours needs to be no greater than quiet conversational level. Our neighbours will not tolerate any late night or early morning noise and will call me at anytime of the day or night.
Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be realised 7 days after check-out.
