Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
Noise Sensor: Please note that we have installed a decibel noise sensor that will send an alarm in the event of loud music or loud voices. This device does not listen to or record anything!
Please note: by making this reservation, you are agreeing to our House Rules, outlined in our property listing. Importantly, there are no parties and quiet hours are to be respected in the common areas and your apartment between 11pm-7am. We know you will enjoy the nightlife of Malta, but please respect our neighbors and do not bring it home with you. Thank you for your understanding.
