We are minutes away from the new Lake Lanier Olympic Park rowing venue and event center. Downtown is also just a short drive away with all the shops and restaurants you need. Plenty of parking for family and your boat trailer.
Take that first breath of vacation air as you step into the newly renovated home. The gorgeous foyer welcomes you along with a ½ bath. You will then step in to the open concept living area complete with stunning Atlanta Skyscraper windows to give you a beautiful sunset view over the water. The new emerald green tiled kitchen has all the small appliances you need along with gas grill for making gourmet dinners or order the best takeout.
Off the kitchen is on the main floor is a queen master suite with smart tv and attached en suite with tile shower. After watching that Georgia sunset from the deck retreat to the other side on the main floor with a king bedroom with smart tv and en suite with elegant soaking tub, towel warmer, and tile shower. This room also has a door to the deck. The basement sleeping area has room for all the cousins and includes a kid’s sleeping area with 2 twin beds with trundles, another queen bed sleeping area, and a pull-out sofa if needed. There is also another larger newly renovated shower for this area. For those few rainy days, the basement has an extra-large smart tv, foosball table, gaming table, and a vintage Pac Man arcade game. There are books and games and even an art easel to help keep everyone entertained. Take the short, sloped walk or the easier long path to your single slip dock with kayaks for guest use.

We love to host gatherings, but we are not a party house.
You will have the whole house to yourselves. We have a smart lock so no need for keys. Just show up and unwind. There are full time residents in the area, so we do have strict quiet hours of 11pm-7am.
We all like to play hard during the day but evenings are for relaxing with family and friends so again no large gatherings or parties. Just a quick note to say that per Federal Law no fireworks, firearms, or other explosive devises are allowed. County law states minimum age to rent is 25.

We don't believe in long check out cleaning lists as you pay a fee for that, so we post them here to prevent surprises. The digital guidebook will have how to info for the workings of things in the house and also a copy of check out info. Outside is not covered under cleaning fee so please secure kayaks and remove any trash from the dock and patio areas. Please be courteous to next guest and clean the grill and patio areas. Bag all trash including fridge food and put in the cans outside. Trash must be to the curb Thursday evening for Friday pick up. Start the dishwasher. If bringing your pet, please be sure to pick up pet waste. Check to be sure you got all items. Lastly, please shoot us a message and have safe travels home!
