About the Home
Step into your relaxing lake getaway as you enter the beautifully renovated home. The welcoming foyer leads to an open-concept living area with incredible Atlanta Skyscraper windows, offering a breathtaking sunset view over the water. The emerald green-tiled kitchen is fully equipped with all the small appliances you need to create gourmet meals, or fire up the gas grill for a night of outdoor cooking. If you prefer, order the best takeout from local restaurants and dine on the deck with a beautiful view.

Comfortable & Spacious Bedrooms
On the main floor, you’ll find a queen master suite complete with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom featuring a tile shower. Step out onto the deck to enjoy a serene sunset over the lake. The other bedroom on the main floor is a king bedroom with a smart TV and en suite with an elegant soaking tub, towel warmer, and tile shower. This room also has a private door to the deck for easy outdoor access.

Downstairs, the spacious basement sleeping area is perfect for the kids or larger groups. It features two twin beds with trundles, another queen bed, and a pull-out sofa for extra guests. The newly renovated bathroom has a larger shower, perfect for a refreshing rinse after a day on the lake.

Entertainment for All Ages
Rainy days won’t be a problem with the basement’s entertainment options, including an oversized smart TV, a foosball table, a gaming table, and a vintage Pac-Man arcade game. There are also books, games, and even an art easel to keep everyone entertained.

Outdoor Fun
For lake access, there are two convenient paths to the single-slip dock: a shorter sloped walk or an easier, longer path. The dock comes equipped with kayaks for guest use, so you can enjoy a peaceful paddle on the water whenever you like.

We love hosting family gatherings, but please note we are NOT a party house.
Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am to respect our neighbors, as we are in a community with permanent residents.
Please keep pets leashed when outside as we do not have a fenced yard.
No street or grass parking is allowed.
No fireworks or firearms are permitted on the property.
