About this house rental
This main house of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and there is a detached 5th bedroom cabana with its own full bathroom and King Bed! We have an entertaining backyard to enjoy. Any questions, host is quick and happy to respond to resolve any issues.
Guests can utilize all spaces in the house except for the cleaners closet in the hallway that is closed via a smart lock and cleaners shed in the back yard which is also locked.
Response time: within 15 minutes or less.
Do not unplug any of the wife router, smart camera plug ins, or glass break sensor. Do not use the hallway door that leads outside. Keep it locked at all times please. Do not use the passageway to the ADU in order to access the backyard, it is for the host who resides in the ADU. This will minimalist interaction with the host during your stay. With that said, I love meeting people and I am friendly so feel free to say hi if you see me.
Although this house is perfect for families visiting the city or a small group visiting, it’s great for internal entertainment, please DO NOT throw parties here.
