The Space:
Hiron's Piece, sleeping up to eight guests over four bedrooms, is a beautifully converted country home restored with peace and comfort in mind. Exposed timbers, vast windows and intricate, sumptuous furnishings give this property a wonderful sense of light and space throughout. This stunning home is nestled in peaceful countryside with panoramic views to escape in.
Guests enter into the open plan kitchen, dining and living area, the true beating heart of the property, perfect for groups of family or friends to gather, socialise and unwind. Underfloor heating throughout this area ensures that, whilst the high ceilings, tall windows and vast wooden beams boast space and natural light, there is no need to compromise on that warm, cosy feeling in the winter months.
The kitchen is equipped with a range cooker, wine cooler, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and coffee machine, as well as everything else you could need to rustle up a hearty meal after a busy day’s exploring.
The downstairs of the home also boasts a second living area, tucked away to the back of the house, with original flagstone flooring and an open fireplace. The room is elegantly furnished for cosying up with a book or a hot drink, whilst still spacious enough for a night socialising over board games. The choice of two living areas allows plenty of space for large groups to spread out and unwind.
The first of the home’s four bedrooms is located downstairs, complete with a comfortable double bed and en suite shower room.
The property is also equipped with a separate downstairs W/C, located just off the living/dining area, for ease.
Upstairs, guests will find three further luxury bedrooms, each exquisitely decorated and complete with its own en suite bathroom, providing space and flexibility for all guests to enjoy time both together and apart. Two of the upstairs bedrooms are equipped with zip and link beds, which can function as either kingsize beds or as separate twins, providing a flexible sleeping arrangement to suit the unique requirements of any party.
To the rear of the home, guests have exclusive use of a private garden with a south-facing seated area, perfect for al fresco dining during those long summer evenings.
A gravelled circular driveway to the front of the house allows guests to pull up and unload, with parking for up to two cars located to the left-hand side of the home, and space for up to four cars just before you reach the property.
We are able to offer an optional private dining package at this property. Please get in touch with our team to receive your bespoke quote.
