You will be staying in a spacious 7-room house that spans across three levels, with a total area of 150 square meters. The open living/sleeping room on the ground floor features a double sofabed and a dining table, providing a comfortable and versatile space for relaxation and dining. This room also has an exit leading to the garden. Additionally, there is one double bedroom on this level. The kitchen is open-concept and comes equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring you have all the necessary appliances for your culinary needs. A shower/bidet/WC is also conveniently located on this floor.

The house is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Air conditioning and forced-air heating are available throughout the property, allowing you to maintain a pleasant indoor temperature. Stepping outside, you'll find a large 50 square meter terrace with terrace furniture, a barbecue area, and deck chairs (8), perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation while enjoying the beautiful views. Additionally, a washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot (suitable for up to 2-year-olds), and a hair dryer are provided for your convenience.
