Beautiful city, lovely location. Lots of steps up to the apartment so be careful if you're not able to do stairs. Nikolina Runs it with a smile and her husband picked us up from the airport and took us back. Comfy bed.

Had a lovely stay there and I highly recommend! It was a bit tricky to find (but generally speaking I found it hard to find my way in Dubrovnik!) but is in the city center, not far from the Jesuit Stairs, yet away enough from the hustle and bustle that you can get a very quiet night and sleep very well. The bedroom was nice with everything you may need. Stairs with no elevators. The receptionist Nikolina was a lovely woman and gave me great recommendations! I went to 2 of the restaurants she recommended and had the best food!!! Listen to her :)

We got a very warm welcome from Nicholina when we arrived. She gave us a lot of great things to do in our short time in Dubrovnik.
Her communication before arrival was great, too. And what a helpful person and great personality.
Definitely would come back again.

Great staff, clean, amazing old town location and the a/c worked great. Loved this place!

Place is located in the heart of old town, very charming vibe, also Nikoleta was so helpful with suggestions, thanks, can’t wait to come back!

It was perfect. Glad i chose to stay here for my short trip to Dubrovnik. The host was a gem of a person and she explained me everything
The location was right in the heart of old town which make everything convenient. Will definitely come back

Perfect location and amazing host! Thank you so much Nikolina and Luca!

Nikolina was a wonderful host, and oriented us to everything, she met us at the gate and walked us to the hotel. She arranged for her husband to pick us up at the airport. One of the best beaches is just behind the hotel through a portal in the wall and steps away, the hotel is away from the crowds and noise and yet close to everything. Wifi really didn't work on our floor until our last day but there were a table and chairs just one floor down we could use to get online. Our TV didn't work, but we didn't care. I noticed in passing that every other room seemed to have a working TV. The location is everything and the helpfulness of Nikolina and her husband made all the logistics so simple. Not a glamorous or spacious place to stay but who wants to spend time in their rooms in Dubrovnik! It was a great base, clean and with some charm none the less. No safe, but that was ok.

Would highly recommend Villa Sigurata! The rooms are fantastic. The air conditioning is brilliant. Nikolina is so friendly and helpful. She gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and hidden gems.

Directions to Villa Sigurata was not clear but instead, very confusing - even using google maps and Rome2Rio app. Owner not helpful and had a poor & condescending attitude. I sent photos of my location. Frustrating because of the many stairs and luggage to carry. Same happened to other guests arriving after me. When I finally arrived there was no one to help with the luggage up the stairs. I specifically sent a message months earlier informing them of bad knees. Owner said that she couldn't help me and that I could stay or not, it didn’t matter to her. I could not find another accommodation at this very last minute. Thankfully a kind stranger helped bring my luggage up the stairs. Owner insisted on cash only payment. Overall, the room was nice. The shower was very slow to drain so i needed to shut the water off after shampooing / lathering / rinsing so that I wouldn't be standing in a puddle before drying off. I had a poor experience but on a positive note, the location was ideal - in the heart of old town. Buyer beware.

Nicolita, the owner is amazing. She even arranged for the porter to carry our luggage. She gave us all the information about the area, recommended the good restaurants. The location is amazing.
4.7
Nikolina was very helpful and nice. Location was great, inside the old town and close to everything.
4.7
Would happily recommend this place. Its excellently positioned for access to all the sights and has brilliant restaurants a short walk away. The room was well furnished, and given the temperatures outside, the air conditioning was well received. The host could not have been more helpful, and offered excellent recommendations.
4.7
Great communication. Perfect location. Clean. Plenty of room !!

We had a wonderful few days in Dubrovnik - the hotel was in a perfect location close to the cathedral - our host was helpful and informative - would fully recommend

Difficult to add anything to what has been said before.
From the moment we booked Nicolina was fabulous, organising the airport pickup, via her husband Luca and then meeting us at the gate to guide us through the old city. She also gave us her mobile number to use at any time.
We were given great advice regarding what to see and do and special shout out to the 3 day pass, which gave great discounts on the major attractions, including the city walls. You can also use the pass to get discounts at some restaurants and the Lokrum ferry.
The room was spotlessly clean and the only issue we had - a minor problem with the air con unit - was sorted very quickly.
Location was great and it felt safe and secure. We shall definitely stay again.

Amazing stay. Nikolina is a wonderful lady, kind, helpful with a good sense of humour. Accommodation is in a brilliant location, comfortable, everything you need.
4.7
Nikolina was great! She was there to greet me at the gate and walked me into Old Town. She pointed out various areas and options for me to use if I wanted.
She was able to explain everything clearly and was available to contact if needed.
The room was amazing. Very clean, a beautiful combo of stone, wood, and tile.
The only issue, if anything, the bathroom is a little small, but you're only using that for basics.
The location is right next to a nice little restaurant, where the food is excellent too. You're also near a major landmark in the town so it's easy to find. You are near the port where you can take tours and the gate to walk to the beach.
Overall, peaceful and quiet also, given the Euro Cup and the start of peak season, that's a great perk!
I will definitely recommend and go back again if I am there!
Safe travels folks!

Comfortable basic room. A little difficult to locate but location was amazing.

Great location.
4.7
Very convenient location and the host was very helpful with directions. Super comfortable amenities, especially the bed. I would recommend to any first time visitors to Dubrovnik who need easy access to sites and a comfortable place to sleep.

The land lady was very helpful

The pleasant welcome of the owner and her help in highlighting places of interest and restaurants to eat was highly appreciated. I was a solo traveler and was booked into the attic room (8). I am tall and I must admit, I did bang my head against the rafters. So, be aware if you are booked into this room. The room was very clean, with air conditioning, kettle, fridge and complimentary tea and coffee, which was a good touch. The shower was a bit small for me however, the water pressure was good. I will recommend this boutique hotel.

The owner Nikola is very friendly and caring person. She likes to take care of her customers. The location is excellent. It is clean. Service is excellent.
Expedia should be explicit on their web site that they don’t accept credit cards. You have to pay in cash. I didn’t know that until she mentioned me at the check in, that she had sent me an email few days before our stay, which I didn’t read the email completely. So it was a surprise for us.
4.7
So friendly couldn't do enough for me. Recommend restaurants and things to do. It was like staying at a friends house. Would definitely stay here again

My wife and I had a wonderful 4 days in Dubrovnik, our room was clean, quiet, and our host Nikolina was very accommodating. The location was accessible to everything in the old city. We will definitely come back again. It made our vacation experience memorable. Thank you.
4.7
Nice, quiet spot in the Old Town.
4.7
Although it’s in the heart of the old town but it’s super clean and quite. Very comfortable bed and you have a mini frig and coffee-tea in your room. The owner is very attentive and communicated very well. I will go back there again.
4.7
A nice and quiet area. A very convenient location, in the Old Town, for access to all of the amenities. Very personal service. Nikolina was very friendly and helpful. She was helpful on our arrival with a map and a review of Old Town's best sites. She later shared her birthday cake 🎂 with us! We very much enjoyed our eight night stay!
4.7
Very cute and comfortable hotel located in a hidden part of the Old City. Nikolina is an incredible host! I would suggest booking airport transfer through the hotel/Nikolina, as we would have never found it on our own…plus, their rate is cheaper than a taxi. Very comfortable and quiet room. We will definitely book here again on our next trip!
4.7
What a cozy place to stay! In spite of the stairs required to reach my room, it was well worth it! Great service and location!
4.7
Lovely property in a great location, we were well looked after and would highly recommend
4.7
Perfect location inside the old city walls. Steps to wall access, restaurants, museums, bars, yet very quiet. Beautiful building on a quaint little alley. Staff was very helpful and had lots of recommendations for making the most of our time. Highly recommend.
4.7
Super location and nice, clean rooms. Had a dubbelroom that was super cozy. Wonderful hostess that took great care of us and showed all good places to visit on the map and welcomed us warm
4.7
I stayed 3 nights at this hotel in Dubrovnik and it was great. The host Nikolina was very nice and she gave me some great travel advice about where to explore around the area. The location is great as it’s in the Old Town. Highly recommended! 😊
4.7
Excellent service and a lovely place. Clean, stylish and comfortable. Nikolina was a very warm and kind host. I felt very safe in this place.
Was soundproofed I think to best ability being in the old city, with high quality windows. If you need silence wear ear plugs or do not book a place in the old city. Also you must carry your suitcases to the place through the busy town, but this is part of the charm for me, not as easy for people with mobility challenges but they do offer airport pick up and will help you.
